My favorite place to call home and my forever home:—please treat this like your own home because it’s a hidden treasure in my heart. 🪁🌳🎶I appreciate your kindness to my neighborhood—stay cool Austin😎You will not find another apartment building and owner friendly condominium that is more accessible to live in. It’s the only place in town where you can live like a local and listen to live bands from your bedroom window, or walk to Blues on the Green, and then fly your own kite at Kite Fest.. it’s a hidden gem 💎10/10 recommend …. And Buyer beware! It’s the most popular place to visit in town for a swim, enjoy live music for decades to come, and grab a bite to eat on the way.TLDR: A place where community becomes family for everyone; a space where people are comfortable to hike or bike along lake, or to enjoy nature while they create a forever home.

I have lived at Zilkr on the Park for over 4 years. The location can absolutely not be beat. The General Manager, Javier Cansino, is extremely professional and does a great job fielding requests and tending to resident needs. Now there is another person in the office as well - Rosy - who has been so helpful for me in fixing my fob issue! Very grateful to them both. It is a good community here - Joanne, the housekeeping staff, the grounds staff...a good place to live!

My first concern when I moved to Austin from New Jersey was where would I live with an almost 80 lb dog. Thankfully, I found the perfect place! My place is right next door to Zilker Park and the Hike and Bike trail and it is amazing. The condos have wonderful views, from the balconies to the pool and it is such a pleasure having the pool within eyesight of the just outside of downtown area. I have opportunities to watch and enjoy the crowds for Blues on the Green, ACL, the Kite Fest, Festival of Lights and so much more. Not to mention the entire staff is friendly, kind and always quick to say hello or stop for a nice five minute chat. The owners have been quick to address any concerns Ive had and to be honest, Ive only had one, which was immediately handled. Other than that, the area is quiet at nice, the rooms and living areas are spacious and the location is incredible for the price.

Ive owned my unit here since the conversion. Some folks upset with the conversion from apartments, or people who couldnt follow the rules and got fined seem to be making up the greatest portion of bad reviews. Initial construction wasnt great, but most of that has been remediated, and the remaining issues are cosmetic. Location is phenomenal.Overall this is a quiet building. No more noisy than an average condo or downtown Marriott. Residents are overall very respectful.Management is battling some opportunistic thieves in the area and making good progress. The POA is well managed and fair. Short-Term-Rentals are not allowed which definitely helps a lot.The pool is small and shallow, but Barton Springs is right there for real swimming anyway.ACL, Trail-of-Lights, Kite Festival, and other Zilker Park events are right there. Zach theater is a few short blocks one way. Long Center and South Congress is not hard to walk or bike to either. The famous Chuys where the Jenna Bush incident happened is across the street. Creamy jalapeño dip for the win.

This property is so well managed. Joanne (Agent), Kim (Property Manager) and Brandon (Maintenance) have all been nothing but rock stars! Ive had the most positive living experience at this community thanks to the fantastic team onsite as well as the residents themselves. Everyone is so pleasant to one another which makes this property fit that Austin vibe you hear so much about. 100% recommend!

Wow!! The views on the park here are amazing. The building is very quiet compared to others nearby. My husband and I absolutely love the club room & fitness center. Also, its so convenient to have a business center here also. Would not have purchased anywhere else.

I am buying because the cost to own beats the increasing high rental rates in the area. I really like the location and lifestyle as well. The units are also well done. My advise, stop throwing away your hard earned money on rent and consider these exceptional offers at Zilkr. I will live well here and save money each year at the same time. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and professional. I am very concerned with preserving my wealth while living as best I can. Zilkr is perfect for me in the Austin area.

To start: I am a unit owner and resident. Ive had a great experience in this building, from the sales process to the building management team. I have amazing neighbors. I love the amenities, like the massive club room, pool, and the best gym Ive experienced in any building. And the location cannot be beat. I got to listen to Paul McCartney sing at ACL Fest while sitting on my balcony with a glass of wine. The Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake comes right up to the building. I cant wait for Kite Fest and more. And how fun to be right next to Austins cool old row of kooky and trendy restaurants, including the oldest Chuys. I really truly love it here.

Location is the best in Austin. They have an entire floor of model homes to look at. If your in the condo market you should check it out. Prices start at 279K. The sales center is open 7 days. Friendly people great value. Very nice lobby, Clubhouse and large fitness center.Lots of great floorplans to choose from. Zilker Park, the trail and Barton Springs are at your doorstep.Zilkr is a smart choice. Luxury Value Location. Time to stop paying rent and invest in your life. Nothing beats financial security.

Joanne was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to respond and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Even though we found another community that better fit our current family needs, we highly recommend her and the complex. Their location can’t be beat.

I helped my daughter move from North Carolina to Zilkr on the Park last week. We encountered some difficulty with the move-in due to the bizarre weather conditions in Texas at that time, but Kathy and Kate came to our rescue; they treated our situation like it was THEIR problem, not ours. They quickly organized everything we needed and made it happen immediately. We were very impressed with their response - especially when they did not hesitate to personally get their hands dirty to assist us. Its a beautiful property in a great location, but livability is the key. Based on what weve seen, Zilkrs management is top-notch and will do whatever it takes to make living there an easy and pleasurable experience... Texas hospitality at its best.

It doesnt get much better than Zilkr on the Park! Beautiful building, brand new appliances, wonderful staff, great restaurants outside your front door, Zilker Park outside your back door and its in right in the heart of the greatest city in the state! Perfect place for you and your pet!

I had a good experience living here. When the apartments were suddenly converted to condos, many residents jumped ship. But I hung in there and the new owners/management worked with me through the transition providing me buying and staying options. In the end, it just wasnt the right time for me to do either, but I really appreciate their courtesy through it all.

A request for the staff, can we increase the speed of the guest internet in the gym and community room? :) At least 5 mbps up and down per user would accommodate todays needs for high speed internet, and after all we do live in a very Fiber-Spoiled city. If you are concerned about neighbors leaching 24/7 you can put a time limit before you have to re-sign on, etc. or just get routers with intentionally shorter ranges. Many solutions. Thanks!
