I have only lived at Vista Springs 5 months, however I am very pleased with the property and staff!I have lived in newer properties and even brand new properties. The thing that I experienced here is how attractive the staff is!The maintenance team keeps an eye on the small things around the property. The trash is never overflowing and if furniture is placed by the dumpster it is immediately put in the bin.Amazon missed placed a package and the office staff helped me track it down. Amazing group of people!!

I’ve lived in vista springs for 3 years now and love the place.The building is dated but the management does a great job at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. You submit a ticket and maintenance is here within the day or the next one.The staff is friendly.The apartments are well maintained and cozy. I personally love mine which is a 2/2. The summer is HOT, but I do live on the top floor, I’m not sure there’s anything I can do other than closing up all windows and doors with blackout curtains, and not open them for anything.The location is awesome. Close to a mall, restaurants, hotels, stores, super markets, parks. The highway exit is right on corporate drive. The surrounding buildings are also well maintained so the area is nice to walk around. You can literally walk to stores from here.So far is quite safe to live here. People walk around and exercise all the time.Rent has been increasing in recent years but it’s still affordable. Then again, it’s been increasing everywhere. For such a great location and great customer service, rent is not bad.

The apartment management is wonderful! The property is always so clean and taken care of by the team. Maintenance , the office staff, and manager are always super sweet and are always on top of any kind of issues as well as fast to help resolve any of my concerns I may have with my apartment. I really enjoy living here at Vista Springs it’s definitely a 10/10 in my book.

Ive been living here for 4 years and I love living at Vista Springs. The best prices in the area. The apartments are well taken care of and the maintenance is quick and on top of things. I love that the complex is small and that they do things to bring the community together. Yes, the area kinda sucks but definitely not the complexs fault. The gate works most of the time which I love because thats why its there. The parking sucks if you want to have guests but thats why you do your research. The office staff is great. Luz is very helpful and dependable. She knows what shes talking about and is very understanding. The apartment office staff deserve more credit than they get. I highly recommend this complex AND they are updating the units with quartz counters tops, new sink fixtures and a back splash. 🙌🏽

This community has been wonderful to my mother that has lived there for several years. All her apartment home needs have been met. The office team is extremely pleasant and maintenance always completes her request perfectly. I highly recommend this community as your new home!

I love Vista Springs Apartments! The staff are always so nice and helpful. I very rarely need repairs but if I do they are fast to get it done. They even change my light bulbs out and Ive been here almost 3 years. The area is quiet, neighbors are friendly. We are also pet friendly! I love having my pit bull dogs here as many other places wont take them. And pet waste...there are pet stations and bags available too! Im so happy to call Vista Springs Home!

The front office staff is overly accommodating and quick to solve problems. The maintenance staff is professional and very friendly. They always get the job done in a timely manner. The entire property is very well kept which I super appreciate while walking my dog!

Moved in and had a great experience with the front office and maintenance. I would place a workorder in and the maintenance team would come over and fix it the same day. The people who work here are super kind and get back to you as soon as they can. Its a lovely little apartment complex!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and I’ve loved every part of it. The front office ladies are the nicest and most welcoming people. The maintenance guys are fun to talk to and are super responsive. They always leave notes and are super quick to help you out. I really have no complaints about this place. Great location too! Cant recommend more.

I have been living here for more than 2years now. I love it. It’s a very peaceful environment most especially for families. Also the maintenance work is pretty fast each time I put a work order. The rooms are so spacious and clean.

I’ve been living here for awhile and overall our experience has been great. We had issues with parking before but that’s all in the past. The new staff and new maintenance people have been amazing! Especially Jason!! He is my new favorite person! He not only fixes the things in my apartment but he explains to me how it broke and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. They are quick and they have been communicating very well! Everything has been appreciated!

I have lived here for about a year and its a pretty awesome place. The office staff are nice ladies, maintenance is courteous. They even change light bulbs and air filters for you, which is rare. The hot tub bubbles dont work and it is a lukewarm tub, instead of hot, but the pool is nice for the kids. They have some grills out and during the summer there are always kids out playing in the pool. Its easy to make friends also. My apartment is pretty well insulated for being on the third floor and I love having a fireplace. The rent is decent but I havent experienced my first renewal yet. My neighbors are a little crazy but they have their problems like any other family. They mostly keep to themselves like everyone else. And the kid downstairs from me is getting really good at whatever horn instrument he plays. Not sarcasm, he really has improved and I dont mind hearing him practice. This is definitely one of the better places Ive lived.

I have lived at Vista Springs for two years now. I can honestly say I’ve greatly enjoyed living here. The leasing staff have always been so sweet, and helpful. No issues with any of my neighbors or having to deal with loud tenants. Maintenance staff is very professional and get the task done quickly when you place a request. Apartment floor plan is very spacious and very reasonably priced. The only thing I would recommend would be to add a small fenced in dog area so my girl Stella can run around and get her energy out :)

Been here almost a year. Maintenance guys are fast, efficient and polite. Front desk has always been professional. When I ask that they only work on my apartment on days when I can be there to watch my doggy, they have always respected that request. We love the layout of our apartment. They seem to really be making an effort lately to fix things like pot holes. I like that they started a new program to register residents dogs dna and monitor the dog waste. I have a dog and am always very careful to pick up his poo... but some people were letting their dogs make some scary doggy landmines all over the place, and this new program has eliminated that problem. I would like to offer one suggestion... convert the volleyball court into a fenced in doggy area with a bench or two, please. I have not seen anyone play volley ball the entire year, but I bet a secure area to let dogs run around would be very welcomed by most of your residents.

Truly nice place to live. My 2/2 had been renovated prior to me moving in a year ago. The renovations made to this unit are so beautiful. The mgmt team has been very helpful. The few maintenance request that I have had were done the very next day. The only reason why Im moving is because I just bought a house. This has been a great place to live for the 1 year i was here. Thanks Vista Springs it was a pleasure living here.

Lived in my apartment for 6 years. Just renewed for another year. With the assistance of Roxanne Rose and staff member Lou they make the living experience very pleasant and hassle free. Anytime i have a maintenance request or other questions the staff steps up to plate and are respectfully professional along with Marissala the manager.Thank you all for the fantastic work you do!

Great apartments! For a 2 bedroom its about 1059$. Maintenance is great! And everyone in the office is fantastic! The pool has been closed du to some issues with the plumbing but they are currently trying to fix it. Gates are always closed! Which is nice! They have had the water turned off twice for a day during the week but that was to do repairs. So I give this place a A for sure!

The professionalism I have experienced is hands down the best. The maintenance and upkeep of the property is what makes me smile when I come home Shout out new management.. Emily and Andrew have been nothing but nice, helpful, and professional. I have had zero issues; I do not understand these negative reviews. Its clean and maintained and they always host fun events for us residents. Thank you!!
