Im updating my review. (its been a few years.) Ive lived here since 2013 and anytime Ive needed anything repaired its been quickly taken care of.I do not have a roach problem.All bills paid is very convenient as well.An apartment is what you make of it and Ive made mine a home. ☺️

I’ve lived here since 2019, Haven’t really had many problems. Anything gets fixed when I need it to, The maintenance people are always nice. Bernice and Leslie in the front office are always very understanding anytime we have any personal issues. It’s pretty quiet on our end for the most part. Rent is decent for all bills paid considering the current inflation and housing crisis. We started our family here, there are plenty of kids for our child to play with, neighbors are nice. Only thing I would change is the appearance, like a fresh color for the buildings to make it more welcoming and a few in house renovations. Other than that, just grateful to always have a roof over our heads that is affordable .

I lived here about 4 years, was upset at first, but the staff is friendly even when I was upset🥰, a good place to stay, I was upset because I wanted my fridge replaced, but upper management denied it, and I thought it was the from office staff, I never had no problems with the apartment or people around me🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

My daughter lives there and she is very happy. Your expectations can not be very high based on what you pay for rent. I enjoy visiting her and the place is not as bad as some people make it out to be.

The new team at The Village Condos were very professional and courteous to my new clients. From the moment we walked in they took care of us! I appreciate the kind demeanor and sensitive approach they took with us. So glad they settled in here and calling them HOME!

I have lived there since 2019 and Leslie and Berenice have been excellent people to me and my family... they have helped solve my apartment problems in the shortest possible time, even on weekends... they help you in whatever way they can and They always have people helping families along with mission Arlington. The place is very quiet and everything is close! I have never had any problems with neighbors THANK YOU!
