Upon visiting Ruston Apartments, we were helped by Brit. Brit was helpful when we were having trouble with the online application. We are grateful and thankful for her service.Being that the apartment complex is under new managment, we hope the negative reviews expressed were respresentative of the past management. Moving forward, I hope my dearest friend will have a positive and peaceful living experience at Ruston.

Moved in here in December 2021. So far my kids and I enjoy living here. There is space for the kids to play and the people are mostly friendly. I have experienced 2 different management companies both of which have been very friendly. The brand new management seems very friendly and they seem to want to make the community a place we are all proud to call home, they just need to actually be given a chance. These apartments are old so there are a few interior issues that need to be fixed but all In all for my little family the space is great, its cute and we like it here. Im excited to see what the new management does to make it better.

Grace, as well as the other office staff, have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have remained calm, cool, and collected throughout all of my frantic calls and non-stop questions (I admit I can be a bit OCD and panicky, especially when moving across the country, haha). The staff at the Ruston has made the whole process incredibly smooth from start to finish. I am eagerly looking forward to finally calling this place home. Thank you to the Ruston crew; you have all been lifesavers. I truly dont know where I would be without your help.

The remodel is coming along nicely. I love the redone interior, the all new carpet and the new appliances. The new exterior looks pretty great as well. The maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and timely when anything needed to be handled. The staff has been a joy to work with. Renting was a whole new process for me. They made things incredibly quick and easy. I was approved and moved in in under 1 week.The only negative that I will say is that they have a bowl of Jolly Ranchers at their desk, and the only flavors left were sour apple. Really? I cant find at least one watermelon or cherry. For shame.

Went to ask a few questions about the property and Brittany was able to give me all the help I needed! Didn’t end up signing but her customer service stood out to me, she was able to give me all the info I needed and was very pleasant.

I live here now and its not a good place to live. I have repairs from over a year and still not fixed! Since I been here I think they done been bought out like 3 times. They NEVER fix anything but expect rent on time.

Going threw the process now. Veronica and Shanna have been great. They really enjoy working with people and are very sweet. The community is under construction but will turn out amazing when finished. The neighborhood is family friendly and with the police station right there it is safe. I hope I become a future resident!!

The remodeling is beautiful and it’s in a great location too, It looks like they have new management and they are great. I highly recommend you speak with the leasing agent Shanna. She was super helpful/ patient and sweet !

As a prospective tenant, my experience was AMAZING...with this hot summer heat I had car trouble LUCKILY🍀 the staff was more than accommodating in helping me with car issues, hence they had me up and running Thank you so much Mia, Robert, and maintenance MAN OF THE YEAR... DOMINIQUE.. THANKS SOO MUCH

So Glad i read Reviews Fist,Know trains are bad at night you can hear wheels on tracks 6 blocks away! Lived here since 95,and Traffic getting outta there on busy traffic times Too!and bugs! Roaches!Yuck!!!!!!!! Good Luck Guys! Moving into New Apartments! Unless they packed Them!
