I dont live here but my dog accidentally ran off today and they not only saved him from running into the busy street, but they kept him in the nice cool AC and gave him doggy treats while they waited for his owners to come get him. They totally didnt have to do that, it just shows their high level of compassion and service. Thank you Parklane!!!

I loved living here.Pros (there are many more but here are a few): The front desk and valet staff are so friendly and helpful. There is constant security monitoring, so it always felt very safe. There is also a convenient, complementary shuttle to the med center. The building is so quiet. The floor to ceiling windows and park views 10/10!Cons (only minor cons): Showers are never hot in the morning. They will be doing construction for awhile and the concrete make of the building makes it loud for 10+ floors below. Dogs must be held or in a stroller in elevators and lobby.

We love our apartment! We have an amazing view of Hermann Park. I noticed another review mentioned a pest issue. I have not had an issue with any roaches... staff is friendly. Apartment was cleaned when we moved in and maintenance is pretty good

Great customer attention and impeccable cleanliness of the property grounds, we got a tour of the place, well- maintained property, great living option for the museum district area.

Great location. Safe area. Beautiful views. New management has been a welcome change. No significant issues. Would recommend if youre looking to stay in this area.

Converting apts to condos. Great location, upscale finishes. Good amenities. View of the park, TX Med Center, and downtown are fantastic.
