Really enjoy this place. The property is newly renovated, and has good amenities that are well taken care of. I live in a 2x2 currently and it’s really spacious and has more of a homey feel to it. Not to mention decently priced for everything that you are getting. If you’re riding Aggie spirit to campus, bus 36 stops 4 times around the property which is super convenient! The staff here is super friendly and are always happy to help when you need it. I highly recommend this apartment.

Quick, efficient and kind. They always respond super quickly to our service requests.Ive lived here over a year now and I always want to renew if I can. The units are spacious for very reasonable pricing and while they don’t have the nicest amenities in college station they have plenty for what you need.

A good property to live in if youre looking for somewhere that wont break your bank while still being close and convenient to campus. I lived in their smallest unit for about a year, before moving out due to being done with college. Just this year they got bought out by new management (was formerly Campus Crossings on Marion Pugh), and theyve been working overtime to rehaul the space - upgrading the HVAC systems, painting the buildings, upgrading roofs, and cleaning the streets. If they hadnt gone through these renovations, I probably wouldnt recommend this place, but for now it seems to me that the new management cares a lot about improving the experience.Definitely still a way to go for the increased price they now are listed at (they upped rent cost about 15-20%), but not a bad place to live for a college student.Pros: Newly upgraded HVAC, pretty good maintenance and leasing office that is pretty transparent. Huge amenities, including two pools, grills, a basketball court, 24 hour gym, and one of the biggest dog parks Ive ever seen for a property. Very nicely placed next to three bus stations, having the benefit of being right across the street from Park West. Definitely a good choice if you dont have a car, but dont want to spend money living at places like Park West or North campus.Cons: Still has the remnants of an old apartment complex - before the upgrade it was a very dirty complex, and still kind of is (but as of writing this they are cleaning it). It is too far to walk to campus without having some mode of transportation, but in my opinion a bit too close to warrant using a car. Not the most spacious units, and rent is pretty pricey now. Walls are thin - I could almost hear my neighbors conversations at some points.Definitely tour before you sign anything - the property staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this property for those who arent too picky about what they have to live in, and just want a simply, convenient space to and from campus and like to use complex amenities.

I really love the new dog parks and I can see the reactive dogs are able to have their own park to play by themselves, which is nice. The new dog park is huge and I love the high fence. This is the best apartment to go to if you have a dog. Im sad that they took away a lot of the greenery but its still next to a good amount.The carpets here are extremely dirty. The new buildings also make it feel so cramped.They usually give things out for free but I never get to go to anything because theyre always during school hours. They finally did a coffee give away @7am and I got to get coffee! For that I added a star.The construction guys were hanging their lunch in the new dog park and left an avocado pit... Couldve killed someones dog... The office said they would talk to the supervisor of construction. Not The Landings fault, just not cool.Wifi goes out all the time. Sometimes days at a time. :( not reliable for a student. Office just tells you to deal with it. Internet people say they cant even come to look at it for 5 whole days at least.Update: The wifi people came and said that the buildings here only have certain spots that can support WiFi because they have crappy cables. Ill also add that rent went up $200. Our amenities were fine... These upgrades better be worth it.

I’ve lived here for 2 years in their one bedroom but have to move out since I graduated this past may. The staff here is really nice and maintenance has always fixed any issue in my apartment pretty quickly. If you’re looking for an apartment close to campus, the landing is a good option. They’re doing renovations right now, and apparently have plans to re-do the entire fitness center. Overall, a good option for a one bedroom apartment (which are hard to find in cstat!!)

I LOVE living at the landing! The maintenance has always been so great and quick to fix any little issues we’ve had. The office is so sweet and always remembers my name which goes a long way! I would definitely recommend the landing to anyone looking for a 1x1 or 2x2 in college station! The location is great and I LOVE how big the closets are!! Plus they always do residents events that are a blast!! If you’re debating if it’s a good place, it is!!

I live in the large one bedroom apartment here. It comes with 2 large walk in closets, a large bathroom, nice bedroom, and perfectly sized kitchen. They have gorgeous amenities and everything is always very clean and well maintained. Service requested get responded to very quickly and efficiently. Overall a great place to live and great distance from campus.

I’ve lived here since before the landing took over and since they have taken over I feel things have only gotten better. The staff is amazing especially Cesar, he always takes care of me. It’s a nice atmosphere, you can go outside and there is always people outside using the amenities and enjoying the day. The managers are always so nice and helpful and there are always nice events for residents.

I love living here! There is so much storage, from the walk-in closet to the spacious cabinets. Maintenance always comes within a reasonable time which I appreciate. Edit: I was originally promised by previous management that my 6 month lease could be extended to a year, but this turned out to not be true. Despite my frustrations, the new management, including Kimberly, went out if their way to help me and took responsibility for the actions of old management. They were able to provide new solutions and help me.The new staff is fantastic, including maintenance who are friendly and respectful. Thank you Campus Crossings!

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and have really enjoyed it. They recently got new management and I’ve seen a lot of improvement just in the last few months. They repainted everything, replaced my ac, and cleaned up the place a lot. The office has always been nice to me when I have questions or issues. Maintenance used to be slow when I first moved in, but the new team is really fast at fixing stuff in my apartment. I think this place is a good choice for anyone looking to live alone and be close to campus. The bus is super convenient too as I rarely ever drove to class. Definitely tour before you sign as the staff can really help you and explain everything better.

Over the past year, my boyfriend and I had a lot of struggles with our living situation and were pretty stressed to have to find a new place to live. From the moment we came into to tour, all the staff here were very sympathetic to us and took the time to completely answer all of our questions! When we moved in, we were given the same amazing treatment! All the office and maintenance staff are wonderful people and truly care for every single resident. On top of that, we have had so much fun with all the resident events - free sonic, donuts, and even grocery bingo.Thank you The Landing staff for all you do and I am proud to be a resident here!

My apartment room had a lot of issues before I moved in, but thats mainly due to the previous tenant that lived there. However, I spoke with the leasing office and they were able to process my service requests in a very timely manner and I was able to move in to a nice and clean apartment before classes began.The entire staff team at the front office are great and Ive gotten to know some of them because they really do care about how youre doing as a resident of the complex. I also enjoy the convenience of the location of the apartment complex and the facilities as whole, which were renovated recently. Special shoutout to Adrienne, Kimberly, and AJ, who were more than kind and patient to help me resolve all the issues I had when moving in.

Five stars for the ease of access to the buses at this community.I’ve not had to contact the office a whole bunch and usually keep to myself. But the few times I have, AJ has always been very helpful and I always got a straight answer from him. Really appreciate the simplicity there, and I was lucky to have him as my agent.A tall guy has helped me fix a few lights in my apartment, and was always a good sport about helping. I think his name was Ben. Good job, Ben!

I’ve lived at multiple student housing complexes over the years and this is the first one I’ve renewed at. The location is extremely convenient for students, as it’s less than a 10 minute drive to campus and H‑E‑B. The staff has also always been great at communicating and creating a welcoming environment to live at. I’m excited to live another year here, especially with all of the new updates they’ve been adding recently! I highly recommend The Landing to anyone who needs someplace affordable, convenient, and feels like home!

Went to tour the complex. AJ was an amazing person from beginning to end! We were charmed with our tour, unfortunately it was a bit out of price range and we found a better rate somewhere else. Although we had a problem w a tow, management handled the problem to our satisfaction when an overzealous tow company towed our car. Check with management before leasing and read the lease to be sure you wont encounter a problem if the lot is full and you park in visitor as a resident. They did make things right for us but it was rather stressful for our student.

My fiancé and I moved here after we found out I was pregnant to get away from all the craziness Houston has been going through and it was the best decision we could have made. The staff is extremely friendly and takes the time to work with you when you have issues or problems. Maintenance is very attentive and always comes to check up on things fast which has been a blessing since I have a preemie. They have come to fix my AC when it hasn’t worked and even replaced the unit for us! I’ve lived in college station before and the apartments I’ve lived at haven’t been as enjoyable as this. The General manger is so friendly and always tries to work with us, she has been nothing but polite and helpful even when I’ve seen residents being rude and uncalled for. This is a wonderful place to live if you have a family, very safe and very taken care of!

I toured this complex on March 16th, 2023, and it was great! The place is currently under renovations that should end by the end of May 2023 or so, but possibly sooner. The staff was lovely and the apartments were spacious and comfortable. They are pet-friendly, which is a boon to any pet owners.

I have lived at Campus Crossings for four months now and I dont have very many complaints! The biggest issue Ive had has been with utilities, which I understand is not always something that can be changed. However, when I first took the tour I was told that my bill for my unit should not exceed a certain amount. I understand that obviously utility bills arent always set in stone, but I was not expecting to be charged almost double the amount I was told.Ive cut back by literally not using my A/C AT ALL and its cut my costs down significantly. Other than electric being crazy high, the complex has been great. The amenities and community events are awesome and the staff here has always been extra helpful, kind and professional. The community is quiet and I always feel safe. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Caroline is fantastic! When my dryer quit working they ordered the part and fixed it ASAP. I renewed my lease after my first year here. My 2 bedroom apartment has plenty of space and has cute counter and floor updates! The large walk-in closet is perfect for all my clothes and my bedroom fits a queen size bed, a LARGE dresser, a nightstand and a desk! I have a corner unit with a fireplace and a larger patio. The gym equipment is great, the pool is clean and quiet, and the clubhouse has nice computers, TVs, and lounge spaces. I also love the fact that there’s wide open spaces of grass and trees and a large fenced-in dog park with separate areas for bigger and littler dogs. I’ve recommended friends to come live here, too. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic.

I can only speak from my experience, but this place has been great to me. Location is perfect, surrounded by green areas, and very close to campus. The apartment itself is not fancy, but its a comfortable and nice place to live in. I live in 1x1 and since I moved here in August 2020, I have had no issues with the apartment or with the staff. I had two small maintenance request that were taken care of and fixed within 3 days.The only negative thing I can emphasize its the price. Although the place its nice, its definitely overpriced for what it has to offer. I would have stayed here for a few more years, but the price for a 1x1 is not affordable to most students who have to work to pay their own rent. Great place, but way too overpriced.There are a great amount of negative reviews and I know people who have had bad experiences living here, but at least my experience has been different, very positive indeed.

The leasing office staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my entire leasing process. Theyve been attentive to my numerous questions and circumstances and helped me figure out the best housing solutions for me. I have given a 4 star rating because my maintenance requests, while always met, have taken longer than I would have anticipated. When Ive brought this up to the leasing office, they have checked the status of my maintenance request and helped me out!

I absolutely enjoy living here, compared to my last apartment complex and roomate situation this place is incredible. Living alone is a blessing and they have affordable rates. I love the neighborhood aspect of it. The pool is nice especially after the construction over the winter, theres also tennis courts and basketball court. The bus route (36) is very convenient and short. I havent had any issues with my apartment so far except for a battery problem in my AC unit but it was very small. The one bedroom apartment set up is nice and the green spaces behind some of the buildings is also a very cool part. These apartments are super close to campus and the stores and stuff on Texas or wellborn. It may not be the same for everyone, and it isnt perfect (nowhere is), but I highly recommend living here if you want to live alone.

My best friend lives here and I love coming to visit. She has a large 1 bed apartment and it is very spacious and the inside is upgraded nicely. We also use the clubhouse to study and it is always clean in there. The security system also works really good with the key fobs and the video surveillance makes us feel safe when we study late at night. We also use the dog parks and love all of the cute obstacle course equipment for the dogs!! I also specifically appreciate the separation of small and big sections (I have a small 5 pound dog that is scared of larger breeds). The office staff is always really nice and helpful when we come in as well.

I love living at Campus Crossings on Marion Pugh. Renovations are almost complete for the entire property and although it can be slightly inconvenient, the staff and GM do a great job of counteracting any discomfort by always being professional and caring. It is a great location and I love the size of both my apartment and the property itself. Amenities are great, and make living here so convenient. The interior renovations are beautiful! I have never had issues with noise and I feel safe on property. I would encourage anyone considering living here to give them a chance. Past reviews are misleading and are not always 100% accurate. A lot can change when you renovate and change companies- and at Campus Crossings all changes have been totally positive! I love coming home to my apartment!

I love it here. Management is super nice. They constantly have goodies for the residents. The apartment are really nice and spacious for the price. Maintainance is also nice if they see you out and about they never fail to greet you. Work orders get done super quick for instance my ac went out today I put in the work order and within an hour it was fixed. Absolutely marvelous.

I enjoyed living here. The facilities are great, I love the weight room and pool and dog park. Havent had any trouble with management, the office is friendly and attentive overall. It is a short bike ride to campus and there is a bus that stops right on Jones Butler. We are one of the firsts on the route, so getting a seat is pretty easy even during rush hour. Also nice to have that park across the street for the pup.

Super pet friendly with a dog park and the fairly large units, also they have other good amenities like the pool and grill area. I was here during the renovation and the transition went smoothly and I was very pleased with the renovations and my new apartment. I would highly recommend living here, as it is a great location and the complex has wonderful amenities.

I dont like that the lease ends before the the summer sessions finishes or that there is no leeway into how long the leases are. Beside that and some potholes, pretty good place to stay.

I came & toured the property. Avery was the agent who took me on tour. I’d been looking at multiple properties in the area & hadn’t experienced such helpfulness & professionalism with any of the previous properties I’d visited. She took her time with me, seeing what exactly I was looking for & made the whole experience very simple & easy for me. The complex is so pretty & the amentites are in such great condition & provided everything I was looking for in my future apartment. 5/5 hands down!

I just moved in this week, but I’m already so impressed by the staff here. I asked to move in earlier than my lease date, which they accepted and said I could move in the day contract work was finished. The day I was supposed to move in, they discovered that some work in the unit had been left unfinished. While this normally would be frustrating walking into an unfinished apartment, we actually walked into the unit to see 4-5 office staff members on their hands and knees (covered in paint while in their work clothes!!) doing the finishing touches so I could still move in! They were very apologetic and accommodating, and told me if I needed ANYTHING to just call them. First impression: very kind and hardworking staff!!

It is within walking distance of both Kyle and Olsen field and sits on 3 different bus stops, making it easy to get to campus. I usually would not five-star with mold issues on arrival, but the complex moved me to a mold-free unit. Bryson also helps me get my mail key. The staff is excellent.

Important things to know:-the renovations they made were basically just a face lift.. the wall above my fireplace had huge cracks in the walls, the walls had drip marks from the paint and all the windows had overspray from blasting the walls with paint etc etc. the gym/pool areas are nice but as far as the apartments go, they did an alright job.-the utility bills absolutely suck.. I found it ridiculous that my 3 story townhome which i lived in prior to campus crossings had utility bills of about $100-$160 while my 2 bedroom (one floor) apartment at campus crossing had an average utility bill of over $100 each month and neither college station utilities nor campus crossings could give me a real reason as to why it was so high/what we could do to lower it-location is really great, I had friends come over and wed walk to football games and I walked to class a lot. the location was really bad when theres trains or any type of traffic on hollemon which is basically every other hour-the bus route circles the apartment complex so on the days I did ride the bus I had 4 stops to choose from which is convenient because there are 3 other big apartment complexes neighboring it who share the same spots-management was always available and happy to helpbasically... the only downside to living here is the utility bill which is probably due to the not so great renovations they did. the apartments are obviously not very efficient in terms of AC and we always had ours set to 72-74 degrees. But for the relatively low rent cost, it wasnt a bad place to live and I would have resigned if I lived in College Station another year

My brother lived in these apartments 30+ years ago. Although the apartments are older, 5 of my 6 kids have enjoyed the location and basic upkeep of these apartments as they attended TAMU.
