I love it here so far! Rafael is incredibly helpful and patient! He held our spot to ensure that my roommate and I had a place to live before signing our lease. I love the location and how quiet it is! He is very diligent in proper communication and ensures that we got the best deal!

Excellent experience renting with Seaglass. The 2-man property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. More than other places I have stayed, the team of leasing agents and maintenance repairs were exceptional. Mel, Seth and Raphael in particular took care of any questions/concerns right away. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have to say that the new management has made awesome improvements just in the short time that they have owned it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially Seth. The new utility billing company has cut down costs by a significant amount as well. They have repaired the gate that never worked under previous management, and they implemented a new security team that involves patrolling officers. All of these things have brought a feeling of safety. Plus the remodeled units are super nice! I am excited to see how they continue to improve!

James is the goat when it comes to getting you in a home you are going to love. He will make sure you are taken care of the whole way. Seth as the new manger has turned that place around too, for the better. 5 stars

The new management has completely turned this place around for the better! Dont judge off of outdated reviews! Starting with bringing in a whole new staff, Seth specifically in the office has been an amazing help with the leasing process and made us feel right at home. Not to mention the amazing maintenance staff, absolutely anything from small to big issues have been fixed what feels like instantly. We are beyond excited to see the renovations the new owners are making and cant wait to see the great things they do with this property! Be ready to lease here, because once the renovations are done the phones are going to be ringing non stop.*IN REGARDS TO PEOPLE BASHING ON UTILITY BILLS:The previous owners were utilizing simple bills (terrible utility company), a company that weve had our share of overcharging run ins with. The new property ownership HAS REMOVED THIS UTILITY COMPANY and have provided us with a far better one! Our utility charges have gone down drastically, and this is a huge sign of the good to come from this new ownership.

Toured a lot of places here in Corpus but Seaglass is by far the best place to be. Touring with Seth felt more like a conversation between friends than a sales pitch. Love the location and cant wait to pick up the keys!

My mom just recently moved in to the apartments, and I drove down from to go help her. I wish I could describe how beautiful the townhouse was, it’s just big is my house! And the location was great, we were just a few minutes from the beach and a ton of restaurants and places to shop.

The Avery Corpus Christi is the ideal spot for any young adult or college student living off-campus to have a healthy home and fruitful experience. Since recently coming into new management, there has been a direct increase in cleanliness, security, and sense of community throughout the complex. The Avery offers a wide range of beneficial facilities included in the lease, outside of everything you would already need within the home itself, and its just a few miles down the road from TAMUCC. Michelle, manager of The Avery, is not only super helpful and respectful but is maintaining the best shape Ive seen from these apartments in years, if not ever. Its my understanding that The Avery is already working on adding new and useful amenities for its residents, ensuring everything that can be done is done, to create a friendly environment for success. Having lived there for 4 years, I honestly wish all of these positive changes wouldve happened sooner, but it makes me happy to see and happy to say that there are safe and caring hands at the reins.

I love these apartments and the color scheme throughout. Definitely makes me feel like a beach town vibes, and it’s nice being right on the highway to go to the beach! Mel was so helpful and gave a great tour!

Although I am not a current resident, I lived at Aspen when they switched to Avery. I got my move-out statement and my heart dropped. The previous company, Aspen Heights, moved me into a gross apartment with destroyed furniture and fixtures. So when I received the Move-Out statement from Avery I was upset to say the least.I emailed Michelle with my dispute and she worked with me on the charges. I provided pictures of the damages that were present when I moved in under Aspens management. She looked through them and fortunately she charged me for the flat rate cleaning fee of $35 that was in my lease agreement.Seems as though Avery is making great strides to build a good repour with their current and past residents. I truly appreciate the professionalism and fairness this new management team has given.
