I toured with LaShonna last week and she was the sweetest! She had a room full of people and still made sure to smile and greet me when I came through the door (I’m big on costumer services). Maria was also very nice, I hate that they didn’t have any units for my move in time 😩

I’ve been at this apartment complex since April and have nothing but great things to say! I recently had an issue with my AC not cooling and the maintenance man, Steven, quickly came out to resolve the issue and explained to me what was happening and fixed the issue. I loved that he explained it and gave me the reasons and causes and how they can be avoided! Also gave me a tip on the summer heat about the temperature setting! Kudos! Great job Steven! Definitely an asset to this community!

I have lived at this property on and off since 2014 with my wife and now are two beautiful little girls! We moved back in 2020 and returned in 2023 my girls love this place that we call home!! The new management has been helpful with the new transitions I have has some heated conversations with new office staff but cant help but say they were able to answer all my concerns and questions! Love the new paint throughout the property! Pricing went up with new owners but still not bad for the area!!! Love calling Rise Skyline Apartment HOME!!

Maria the manager is so helpful. I will be renewing my lease again in two months. Maintenance guys are always so helpful as well.I haven’t had no issues with roaches which is a big plus for me.

I recently moved in and I had a problem with my ac. Steven Rocha came and took care of it and explain to me what was going on . Which I really appreciate how he took his time to make sure everything was working fine before he left .

When we moved in it was Stoneleigh apartments 3 years ago and Rise Skyline just took over right before the holidays in 2023 and I just renewed the lease due to the improvements with the property and the fast response with management and maintenance. I do love the newly remodel unit pictures and the price increase is reasonable. Appliances in the original units could be upgraded but still look clean and work perfectly and if something goes wrong they will assist in a timely manner. I just had a toilet replaced and a dishwasher within the same week with no problems and was here the next day after requesting maintenance.

Everyone is very professional here, I haven’t lived her for a year yet. But I love the email as well as text messages about what is happening within the complex. The pool area is also beautiful an actually open. They also have a small gym & play area if you have small kids. Most importantly to me is it’s gated!! Oh can’t forget the trash pick up!!!Tanora

I’ve been living here for 3 years now and it has been nothing but great. It’s a nice and quiet apartment complex which I really enjoy. Great amenities! My son loves the playground and pool in the summer time. The new management team is very friendly and welcoming!

I moved here back a November 2023 an these apartment are amazing it very secured and safe the environment is wonderful. The stores in the mall is very close and even the apartment staff is great they always give notice an keep us up to date maintenance is quick an easy work out room is clean pool is also nice an in my packages is always there at my door when I get home an to top it off I want even have to take out my own trash just amazing

Although, these apts are pretty safe, Id like the entry gate to remain closed. I believe it has remained safe for so long bc the previous owners always kept all gates closed. This property is not known for car theft or break ins or any other kind of violence. Nobody hangs outside disturbing the neighbors causing racket. There is no pest problems or a bunch of things falling apart that would need of maintence. Unless, clogging up the pipes bc of too much hair. Half the people pick up their dog poop. It sucks when you take your dogs to potty and it has rained bc the grass area gets flooded with water and some mud spots. I live on the side closest to the creek and thats where all the 2 and 3 bedrooms are mostly, so it runs out of car spaces ALL the time and you have to park miles away. There should be something out in place to fix that. That is the only bad thing i can say is an issue here. A carport spot now cost $30. A garage is $95. And there is a $10 amenity fee when there never was one before with the previous owners. The laundry room is a nice size to fit my full size washer and dryer. My 2 bedroom is very spacious. The whole complex just got a new paint job from head to toe which took like a month. I like it. I got lucky i am not connected to anyone who smokes weed. I do smell cigarrette smoke from time to time coming into my bathroom. We have one trash chute that is not known to get out of hand with overflowing trash or furniture. Our new trash valet pick up is always on schedule. Yes we have some stray cats that dont bother no one. They hold down the fort and keep Rodents out. I feel much safer taking my little dogs out to pee at night with stray cats than i would with raccoons or possums. For the most part these apartments have held up well and are reasonable priced compared to other close by complexes. The gym is a petite size but just enough with working equipment. Nice size laundromat. They cleared out the old patio furniture and replaced it with brand new stuff, looks pretty, matches the propertys colors. Though there is one thing that would make this beautiful place Great and more of a home is if they put in an awesome Dog park. There are different spots they could place one.

I am so glad The Rise now owns our apartments. I have lived here for almost five years. The staff are friendly, maintenance request are filled quickly, and it truly feels like a welcoming environment.

I have lived here for about 5 years! I have totally enjoy living here! The units are very large and spacious! Work request are promptly attended to, the staff is always super pleasant and very helpful, the grounds are always extremely neat, well lit, and it doesnt get more secure than having the police live right up under you. The security gates are always working and well maintained, notice is always giving any time they will be working on the property. Its quiet and safe! No pest issues, and we have a small dog who we walk regularly, the grounds are maintained and not covered in poop! The maintenance guys even knows our dogs name and are always helpful! The gym is always clean and a pleasant place to be. I have lived in Texas for 17 years and this has been by far my favorite apartment complex.

I had a very bad issue during the storms. I had a handyman I think it was Ray. Tbh I cant remember. He was a Mexican guy. But he was super attentive and supportive. I was actually content with the service. Most apt handyman arent all that.

Been here 3 months and I love it! Clean,cozy, and quiet. Everything is walking distance. Staff and maintenance team responds quickly. I feel very safe here with my daughter. I also enjoy the open layout with the large patio. Happy to call this home.

Me and my husband have lived here close to 2 years and I must say that it has been a pleasure! The whole appartment staff are AMAZING! From the ladies in the office Maggie, Hayde and Sandi BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and super friendly!! and the maintenance guys Luis and Jesus, they respond to your needs right away. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Appartments are always clean, I dont find any problem with parking since you do get a under the roof car spot. Place is well kept, clean, mowed, no bugs AT ALL, trash pick up days, neighbors are well behaved, never have lost a package/mail, gated, I could go on with all the good things . We seriously have had a great experience. I recommend this place to everyone. 😊
