We have lived here for almost 5 years.There has been more done to ensure the safety and comfort for the tenants and the community in the last several months than the 4 1/2 years prior. The new management and owners have already begun several services that we did not have before. We have just renewed for another year, and are looking forward to seeing what they have planned. Highly satisfied with the new owners! The communication has been wonderful as they have started many new projects to insure a new improved property and no damage was made to vehicles or to anyone’s belongings. The ladies in the office have been extremely helpful and kind, Shelly has made it a point to help in any way she can with the new systems being updated she has made a point to make sure everything has been smooth with the process of paying bills and service repairs!

This property has a new name under new ownership and management. All I can say is that appears to be a big benefit to those of us who live here. The property is very clean and no apparent noise problem. I have lived here for 16 months and am very impressed with the new staffs efforts to quickly resolve any problems. Just ask for Jennifer and she will take good care of you. Also, their rental rates are very modest compared to others in a very competitive local market. Take a tour and you will be very happy you did so.

I wish I could give 10 stars for this property. The unit is beautiful as if no one has ever lived in it. The property is so well kept and quiet. The pool is beautiful the laundry room and gym are top tier. I can’t express how much I enjoy the staff members. When I applied in June Grecia was so welcoming and ready to get me in my home. She setup everything and it was so easy to apply. I got a great deal and ever since I picked up my keys I can’t stop bragging about the beautiful apartment and how awesome the staff is. It makes a world of a difference when the staff takes care of you and they have all done that. And shout out to the maintenance staff they are super nice and always out on the property keeping it clean. I love it here. Thanks Grecia and staff. I’ll be here for a while and then some. 10s accross the board!!!

Rise 48 took over this property a few months ago. I cannot tell you how much the new property management and maintenance team has done for this apartment community.The property has been painted and has a fresh new look from the buildings to carports and parking lot striping...even the lamp posts all have fresh paint. Looks fantastic!Thank you, Shelly and Jennifer for always being so friendly and approachable when we have concerns; and handled with the utmost professionalism. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated.The maintenance crew is also fantastic! They all work hard and quickly when there is anything broken...especially when it comes to ensuring we all have cold A/C! Thanks, yall!

I wanted to acknowledge the two ladies in the office. I’m sure you hear a lot of negative comments and very few positive comments. This would be a positive one. I came into the office to inquire about an apartment for my son and I. Jennifer and I believe Shelly was the other lady’s name, we’re both very professional and caring. Treated me as if we were all great neighbors. Definitely made a stressful event seem like nothing. Thank you to the both of you..

I really love my apartment , great location. Easy access to the HWY. Peacful atmosphere, pet friendly .Since being under the new management group , I’ve experienced only friendly faces and prompt service. New office staff , maintence and even the Porter have been very welcoming and friendly. I’m super excited about the new make over the property is currently under , it already looks great .

I love these apartments. They are big and spacious. The bigger two bedroom is perfect for roommates. Two bedroom, two bath same size. My roommate and I compromised, I got the slightly bigger closet she got the car port. The maintenance and staff have been quick to respond and are friendly. We did have to have maintenance come out more then once to fix our sink, and AC. But the issues were fixed and they didnt stop trying till it was fixed. The price is great. No one really bothers anyone, and most neighbors are friendly. No complaints in Building 14. I would stay if I wasnt moving to Houston. I hope to be as lucky in future apartments as I was with this one. We were here for 2 years 2 months.

I love it here, the office staff has been amazing. Especially Eileen, she has been there every step of the way from touring to getting me settled in my apartment. The grounds are always kept up and my neighbors are never loud and super friendly. Service request are handled quickly and easily. The pools and laundry facility are very nice. Nothing to complaint about, my pup and I are super happy here.

Tessa was a great help, from looking for the perfect apartment to signing my lease. She helped me every step of the way and made moving in very easy. There has been minor issues but maintenance is on top of it. As soon as a maintenance request is made maintenance comes out the same week. Overall so far it is a great living experience. Recently moved in this past weekend and so far loving it. The new renovations they have implemented at Mosaic are awesome and brand new! Great living space for my first apartment. Highly recommend! Only downside is the parking. Since I work late, Ill have to park on the side of the road sometimes, but that does not out weigh the positives! Staff and maintenance are great. Needed something fixed a few days ago and the guy came in and took care of it within a business day. Again, highly recommend this apartment. Im sure youll love it to!

Moving into Mosaic has been a pleasure. The office staff is friendly, courteous and willing to help out. I had a maintenance issue and it was dealt with promptly. My apartment is newly renovated and has great features and amenities for one of the lowest rent prices in the area (for comparable apartments). It is quiet, peaceful and with lots of trees. All in all a great place to live!

I’ve been a resident here since June 2019. I love the place and location. Perfect size for me and my two kids. Lots of restaurant around the area. About 10-20 minute drive from alliance town center and downtown Fort Worth. Office staff have been very accommodating and friendly. Including maintenance. Amenities are great. Overall it’s been a great experience living here. Only reason I’m moving out is because I bought a house. But if I didn’t I wouldn’t mind staying here. Highly recommend! :)

I lived here for a year. I really had a enjoyable stay. The staff were always amazing, very nice always returned emails or calls in a timely manner. Never had a issue with bugs Ive seen others on here write about. I am pretty clean. No noise issues. Price was great for a 1 bedroom updated unitCons- laundry room was always broken. They would shut off mid cycle or machine reader blacked out! I suggest in unit W/D. Not a once in a while EVERY TIME EVERY WEEK LOL. Other then that its an apartment complex nothing that stands out. I Would recommend this complex.

As a frequent guest, I can say that I have not seen any roaches. The property is well maintained. Neighbors are quiet & friendly. The apartments are clean, upgraded & modern. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. My only complaint would be the lack of parking for guests. There just isnt enough parking spaces. Especially handicap. It seems as though residents are storing their vehicles in spaces that should be reserved for visitors. There are several vehicles that are broken down & need to be towed. Its a shame when you have to park on the back street behind that apartment complex due to the lack of available parking.

My small family and I moved here last year and have had such a great experience. From getting settled in to the maintenance team. Let me tell you the maintenance repair guy (I completely forgot his name) has gone far and beyond for us. We’ve had a few problems with our A/C which would normally discourage us, but he has been awesome on checking up on us and working hard to get things fixed. Not only for us, but I see him working hard daily around the community. The staff really make living here pleasant. I recommend this community to anyone looking into living here at mosaic.

Open, modern design & great office staff**Update: lived here for 2 years & its been peaceful and without any major mishaps. took off 1 star because ever since new upstairs neighbors moved in (we are on 2nd floor) I really noticed how THIN the walls are. I can hear everything theyre doing and noises outside the apartment as well. Community is pleasant when everyone is quiet & courteous, but these new residents are so loud.

I have been living here for a good while ....and to see all these upsetting resident reviews is ridiculous and not to mention exaggerated!!! Before Knight vest took over this place was a mess ! Residents are upset not because of the good changes that are being made but because they are not getting there way with anything! Knight vest actually has rules that you have to follow if you do not like them do not live here it is as simple as that ! This new management has been turning over this community in a matter of months , not to mention the staff is amazing specially the maintenance team. almost forgot to mention that they are so patient ! Look prices seem so fair , like they say you get what you pay for ... I love my apartment and community ! I have not had an issue at all and Im sure i will not! If you are thinking of moving in to these apartments i recommend it, they are beautiful !!! :)

I recently moved into Mosaic this past month. The team was very helpful with answering my questions, showing me around, and even helping deal with confirming my income (as a freelance worker, its a bit of a complicated process). Moving in was simple, and I didnt have any trouble with transferring my electricity and other essential things.I also havent had any major issues with my apartment. However, even with some minor issues I encountered (the light outside the entrance recently went out), the whole team was really friendly and came to fix up the problem quickly.

I have lived here 2 years now. I have no complaints !! Management changed over about a year ago or longer now. Since they switched the place only looks nicer and better. I love all the upgrades even though my unit is not upgraded the outside is looking great !! I feel totally safe here and have never had ANY issues. Let me also say one of the reasons I re-newed my lease was because Ive never had any issues NOR any bug problems at all!! From roaches to spiders to whatever Ive never had any of them !!! Also the maintenance team is amazing. They fix the issue if not the same day the very next no matter what the issue they always come out and take care of it ASAP. I would recommend living here even though the apts are older the rent did go up more than what I think they should have even with the upgrades they are still very old apts but over all my experience here has been great thats why im still here !!

Awesome community, I’ve been living here for a little over a week now and I’ve loved every second of it! Staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout the leasing process, as well as after move-in. Only issue I’ve had so far is that parking for guests is sparse, most guests are forced to park on the back street after around 5. Other than that, I adore this complex and would highly recommend Mosaic!

Maintenance team is wonderful ! Ive lived there 4 yrs and always have been very efficient ! They work as a team ,and very professional ! I totally agree with Jareds comments below about new management that just took over in Sept . Dont seem to care about residents , but that is separate from maintenance team..their awesome ! I am hoping eventually that new management ,and Knightvest Properties realize we the residents are the reason they get a paycheck every week ,and get the respect we deserve ! They have also doubled our water bill since taking over . Keeping my faith!

Choosing Mosaic and the area was a wise decision from the very beginning. The staff is friendly, helpful and understanding; which also includes a very friendly community as well. They are pet friendly with nearby trails where one can enjoy waking their pets or a jog. Mosaic is conveniently located to major interstate roads, shopping centers, entertainment, schools and nearby emergency facilities. Let me add, I have renewed my lease once again for the 8th year now that should tell you something! 😊

The leasing helped us measure the living room to make sure our couch will fit. The upgrades aren’t like anything in the area. They are so pretty. We will be moving in soon!

This was the 4th apartment complex Ive lived at over the years, and was far and away the best. Rent is very reasonable, even in their renovated units. The age of the complex shows in the best ways, with giant trees and an almost maze-like (in a good way) layout for the building and sidewalks throughout. Would have stayed here indefinitely given the right circumstances.
