    Staff is excellent, always friendly and eager to help. The property is always clean and well managed. Service requests are handled in a very timely manner. I lived here for a little over 3 years and I highly recommend Red Oak Town Village to anyone looking for affordable, clean, luxury style apartments.

    This is an addition to my previous reviewand I must say, they did not disappoint us. We have now moved out but everything was still professional from the day we moved in. I am still looking for the truth in all the negative reviews, because our family experienced none of it upon leaving or our stay there. Our exit was fair and yes we did receive a deposit. Thank you Daphne and Leia for making our stay there so pleasing and comfortable, you ladies are awesome! Keep up the good work and know that your labor is not in vain!My family and I have lived here for almost a year now and so far nothing but a great experience. Ms. Daphne has showed nothing but professionalism since being here and demonstrates all attributes of being a good manager and her staff reflects that. Repairs are fixed in a timely manner and the crew isrespectful. So far, moving here was a WIN WIN decision!

    I’ve lived here approximately 3 years. Daphne & Leia and maintenance do their best to keep this property clean. I feel safe. I appreciate security that’s available if needed. Some of the residents aren’t as clean as I’d like, but I can only do my part to keep my residential area clean. No complaints

    We have lived here for several years and the community is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the staff is very professional and helpful. We have looked at other apartments closer to work but for the price and the quality of living this place beats anything weve seen. Our work orders have been completed in a timely manner, and anytime maintanience enters our apartment we are notified several weeks in advance. This place has been home to us for 6 years, and we have been very pleased. If you take the time to get to know the staff youll see that are very kind, helpful, and caring.

    These apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived in. They are very well kept. Every time I have put in a request to have something fixed it was done with in a day or two. Management is easy to deal with and very nice. I love that they spray the units every 6 weeks. I never saw a bug in my apartment...not once! I have read some of the reviews below and my experience was nothing but great with management. I highly recommend these apartments. T

    Red Oak Town Village is not only the best rental housing available in Red Oak, it is the best apartment complex I have lived in. I lived here for six and half years in a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit. The tall ceilings, crown moldings, garden tubs, and accent walls make the units feel like home. The community between tenants is genuine and I have made lasting friendships with other long-term residents while living here. The grounds are excellent and maintained on a regular basis. Plenty of residents have pets and while most are good about scooping and leashes, the grounds could be improved with a dog run or fenced park. Pet waste stations are conveniently placed, numerous, and offer free bags to residents. There is quick access to I-35 and grocery stores/essentials are within walking distance. Security is on site 24/7 and the courtesy officers are consistent enough to be recognizable members of the community as well. The office and maintenance staff have been familiar faces during my tenure and you could not ask for better, nicer, and more helpful people. You may find cheaper and more readily available housing nearby or in surrounding areas, but I do not think that you will find a place with the level of quality that we experienced here.

    I have lived here for a couple months now and it is a great place to live. Only thing is I had to email them a couple times to take care of my work order. Leah is the nicest person Ive ever met. Dont understand how she isnt a manager when she does everything. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the country.

    I lived here for several years 3+ , had an amazing time. Had no problems tbh. Except when the gym was undergoing renovations just to be similar to how it was lol.Long as your well mannered and patient as you should be, youll do well here.

    Red Oak Town Village is a wonderful place to live! I was there for one year and moved out in June 13.The property manager, Daphne, is by far one of the best managers Ive ever leased under. (Ive lived in 9 different complexes over the last 14 years). Not only is she extremely respectful toward all of the residents, she will take the time to listen and manages the office extremely efficiently. I lived on the 3rd floor and had a small leak in my closet after a heavy couple days of rain. Daphne ensured everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly with a 3rd party to get the closet/bedroom completely dried out and the issue resolved.Also, the grounds are very well-kept, and security is definitely up to par. I saw the security officer daily, and the front access gates are well-maintained. Parking is not an issue either. There are plenty of spots nearby for all residents. All maintenance problems are handled within 24 hours, and the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and professional.Brandi was an excellent leasing agent as well. She helped me countless times with various things throughout the year and was always friendly.Thank you so much for helping to make it a great year in Red Oak. Your kindness goes a long way with your residents!

    Most places tell you 2 people per bedroom. Some of yall have been going to areas where they dont care as much.

    I love the apartments! The staff is great and friendly. I rated it four stars because once it hits 8pm I cant find parking due to visitors. Wish there was a side visitors parked to make it a little easier for the residents. But besides that I love it!

    I don’t live here but my experience on the phone with them just now was amazing. The lady was so understanding and compassionate. I’ve called hundreds of complex’s over the last week and this is the best experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making this call so wonderful!

    Very nice apartments. Clean and well maintained. Management is very helpful and accommodating. However, the 40 page rental agreement is a little overwhelming and the 16 month lease is extreme.

    I have lived onsite for a few months and so far no major issues. I like the area and the grounds are well taken care of. Over all I give the complex a 9 out of 10, this is due to one of the ladies in the office is just not a detailed paper work person.

    This place is pretty. The rent is pricy but the location is awesome. Next to grocery and pharmacy. The grounds are infested with fleas so protect your pets against pests.
