I’ve lived in Lakeridge with my husband in a 3/3 for almost 5 years now and we have absolutely loved living here. The amenities are great, the pool is our favorite place during the summer, we’ve also used the clubhouse several times hosting our friends for special events like graduation and birthdays. Our condo itself has been lovely, all the devices in the kitchen work so well (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and stove) and the washer and dryer have been great too, never had to fix anything. Same with the AC. Lastly the gated community always made us feel safe and the location, being so close to A&M and on the bus route has been super convenient. Highly recommend living or investing here!

One of the best places to live in College Station! Location next to multiple bus stops not to mention it is a gated community so I felt safe. Landlord was super sweet and made the renting process very simple. The room is so much bigger compared to other popular apartments like aspire, the rise, and park west to name a few. I definitely liked living here more and for my unit each room has its own individual A/C which was neat, no more arguing over the temperature.

Great community! The gated community makes it safer to live in. It is relatively quiet and clean. The condos are privately owned, and many are managed by the owners themselves. Assigned parking is close to each unit, and the clubhouse is great with coffee, lots of study tables, a printer, pool/pingpong table, gym, movie room, etc. Highly recommend!

Lakeridge has proven a good investment as our daughter attends Texas A&M. The property is clean, safe and well-kept. Each unit is privately owned with rentals handled separately by the owners or their own manage company. The external elements are managed by a different management company on behalf 9f the Homeowners Association, thus many aspects are better than a traditional apartment complex run by out-of-town corporations with local managers. However, its often confusing when college-age students are used to contacting the clubhouse office for apartment-related issues when those folks are responfor outside elements. The landlord holding the lease is the one to contact for unit 8ssues, which means they also has a vested interest in your specific unit and its maintenance quality and upkeep. Weve been pleased.

Lakeridge Townhomes have been a Heaven Sent for us and a GREAT Investment. While our daughter attended A&M we never had a single security issue with our unit, her, or her car. The grounds and office staff are excellent with all inclusive amenities to meet your college students needs/wants. Not only did we make a little $ each year with her roommates rent payments, but the town home appreciated some 10% during our daughters education at A&M. Why pay $8-$10k per year in rent when you can make $ and sell for more than what you paid??? A no-brainer!

We have owned a unit for 7 years. Both our daughters and son have lived in the townhome through the years and have loved the location, amenities and safety of the development. The new mgmt company has been very responsive and communicates well with the owners.

Our Aggie students and tenants have enjoyed living in LakeRidge townhomes for the last 7 years. They love the convenient access to campus, parking, amenities, and close proximity to local stores and restaurants. Beal, the new property management company, has been a welcome change and is helping to keep LakeRidge a great place to live!

I love living in this community! It’s clean, nice and quiet. You won’t see trash or pets’ poop here and there. A good mix of small families, working adults, college students, or retirees. This gated community keeps your cars safe.

I love my apartment here at Lakeridge. My apartment was damaged during Harvey and they were prompt to accommodate me and my dog in one of their model houses. Location, floor plan, amenities, management are fantastic. I am only giving 4 starts because my neighbors are loud college kids.

My daughters and their roommates have lived at Lakeridge townhomes over the past five years. It has been a great place to live, safe, convenient, quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier.

My daughter is thinking of returning to College Station to get her masters and definitely wants to return to Lakeridge Townhomes. We felt safe because of the 24 hour gated community along with its key fob 24 hour clubhouse access. On the slow days she would enjoy the Theater room and the treadmill. On the busy days she would use the mini conference room to print and study. Since Lakeridge is flanked by two main streets she used the bus system that had two bus options - one for school on Holleman and one for the games on Jones Butler. Then the other main street was Harvey Mitchell to go to Walmart and the Library. She loved just walking across the street to get her frozen yogurt and subway sandwich at the mini shopping center that also has a gas station. But most of all she wants to visit her lake across the street and draw and enjoy the leisure walks in the park. We are very happy with the management,too. Work orders were promptly dealt with. Great place!

I lived at Lakeridge for 2 years, in 2 different units and had a fantastic experience. It’s in a great location and managed well. The community was also very nice- young but not loud or full of parties.

Spent my first two years in College Station here, the experience was amazing with great location, great basketball court and other amenities, and it was made even better by the best landlord I’ve ever had, Li’s family. This place will always have a special place in my heart!

Gated community, well maintained property, in great location (on bus route) near TAMU. Nice amenities: pool, clubhouse, gym. Specified parking spots for tenants!

A very nice community with a gym, screening room and swimming pool. The facilities are relatively new and the property management is very responsible. Highly recommended!
