Miss Maria made it very easy and smooth from applying, communicating and moving me in on time. She even helped me deal with a personal matter. It’s feels great to come home & not see NO BUGS ! My building is very quiet and I love that the most. 5 months in & I have no complaints at all!

Property Management (Maria) and the Maintenance have been wonderful.I have really enjoyed living here. Nice and quite. I would recommend Lakeland Apts for your new home!! It is also convenient for my grandchildren living with me. Close to the middle school and the high school bus stop is right out front.Thank you againLisa F

Lakeland apartments been my home ever since me and my family moved to Texas. It’s a nice and quiet place to stay. When it comes to the maintenance I never have to wait. I would recommend them to anybody

Great place to live, maintenance request are very simple to request through the resident portal and requests are handled very quickly. Maria in the front office is very nice and professional!!

I want to say that since the new property owners and new property manager Maria have taken over I have seen a big improvement. Any issues I have with my apartment are tended to quick and Maria follows up to make sure I am happy and everything is correct.

I’m new to the building and nothing so far has gone sideways Maria does a great job keeping the place together and what it’s needed, had a few issues with my heater and lights and got it taken care of the same day! So far so good!

Most of what others report is true however my being older/now retired and usually been an apt dweller you pick your true issues. I lived in a 2 bedroom for 12 years here n recently moved to a 3 bedroom. I find the room sizes adequate-the dimensions are on the floor plans you can get in the office-duh.The move in was a NIGHTMARE but I will continue enjoy living here as it is a small complex close to major highway so you can get anywhere quickly n local shopping only 10-15 mins away. It is very quiet n most residents seem friendly. Large older trees make for a nice shaded walk around when sunny. Recently got a new manager who recognizes a lot of things that definitely need fixin. I have always found the management personnel very cordial. I am sure attitude plays a part in some reactions. Residents need to keep their trash under control-too much stuff tossed out of cars and don’t even get me started on cig butts. A lot of 2nd level tenants think it’s perfectly ok to throw down butts that are still lit 🔥

I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s been great! Any issues I’ve had (which have been minimal) have been fixed the same day. No complaints! Love living here!
