    What could be better than on the beach, great housekeeping staff, superb maintenance, lovely pool and hot hot tub? Add a pickleball court and one mile boardwalk access! Some units need a bit of upgrading but always clean and fresh.

    There are only a few condos near Corpus where you can stay on the beach like the Gulfstream. We decided to spend a full month here this fall. Ive visited there several times and the staff are just amazing. Ill call out Jackson who went above and beyond to get us a Gulf front unit like we wanted.If you are looking at renting for a month, get your reservation in early.

    Sunshine, Rain, Clouds, clear skies, and water spouts are possible here This older condo set up with all the amenities, pool, hot tub, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views. Rooms are clean, AC is cold blasting, and there is plenty of room for everyone you bring. Everybody is friendly, outgoing, and definitely on island time. Would be better if they allowed pets. Still a must visit place on your next beach adventure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ And 👍👍.

    Unforgettable experience. Directly outside your unit is the beach. Nice smaller area in the pool for younger children to play in. Very friendly staff and spacious and well kept accommodations in the building. Not to mention the view outside of your unit. If you have a unit in one of the higher floors, expect a wonderful view of the beach day and night, along with it the sounds of waves clashing and seagulls chirping. Overall five star experience and I would definitely come back if I had friends and family to spend time with.

    Excellent condos, the kitchen had everything to cook. Great sea view, very comfortable and complete. The attention was good, we highlight Greg who treated us wonderfully. The only detail was that their credit card acceptance system struggled. They could have a terminal to be able to make the collections faster. Everything else was excellent. The pool is highly recommended. Very good air conditioning in the rooms. In general recommendable and yes we would visit them again.

    We have stayed at Gulfstream for many years. This year we went with quite a few family members and had 5 rooms reserved. My immediate family stayed in Room 222. The first evening we were there, I noticed a strong odor of urine in the room and found it to be coming from the tan couch (there were 2 couches). I immediately reported it to the office. They sent maintenance to our room. Maintenance sprayed the couch with disinfectant and put a blanket over the cushions. Upon speaking to maintenance, it turns out the couch was already broken (known by management). The amount of disinfectant spray needed was so strong that we had to leave the room for a few hours. The next morning I asked if the couch could be removed from our room and I was told that it would be. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. The couch was never removed. We did get 10% credit ($148 on a $1900 stay), but I’m hoping they actually removed the couch for the next guests and didn’t leave it there. The rest of our family all had good stays except for a urine stained sheet in another condo, but there was no fragrance to the stain….Gulfstream is a nice place to stay, the beach access is great, the staff is very friendly, I just wish this issue would have been taken care of.

    Stayed at The Gulfstream Condos #214on North Padra , 8/24 - 8/27/2023. The unit was clean, stocked well. Dillon at the front desk was very helpful and supplied every need we had. We stay at the Gulfstream every summer. The Gulfstream is 50 years old, I believe that’s correct. It continues to be the ideal, most spacious, ocean view family vacation stay I have found. I hope the management will continue to upgrade, maintain to the highest standards as years gone by.

    Stayed for three nights in Unit #316, great beach view, perfect balcony height. Unit was very clean, and smelled clean, the only negative thing I would have to say is when we got into bed, the bed did feel a little sandy, we had to dust it off, I did wonder if they changed the sheets, but they did smell clean. This is the only reason I am rating my stay a 4 instead of a 5. Other then that, the unit was perfect for 6 people. Checking in and out was a breeze, the staff was super friendly, no problems when we needed new clean towels, and when we need maintenance , they came straight up, I like that they have a small kiddie pool apart from the regular pool, and that their pool is large enough for quite a bit of people to fit. What I didnt like and this is not the resorts fault is that we are unable to leave our canopys out on the beach overnight, and you have to get up extra early to get a good spot on the beach before it gets packed.

    This place is so beautiful. The staff is nice. Its quiet. It has an amazing pool and hot tub. The beach front view is amazing but most importantly my room was amazing. Not only was it clean but the set up was really great too.

    Andy is the best!! He is so kind, so quick, so professional, so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable!! We stayed at these condos for a weekend and we want to buy one!! We love them! The ladies in the morning are not the kindest, but that’s ok, the property is well maintained (not super updated, but clean). The view is amazing. It is not luxury, but it is very nice! Rooms have a great layout and it’s a great place to stay! The pool is awesome and so is the hot tub!

    Clean condos, everything is easily accessible, heated pool, close walking distance to the beach, friendly staff, and amazing views!! My only complaint, since COVID, the cleaning staff no longer cleans the rooms while you are staying there. If you need clean towels, toilet paper, new beach towels, you have to go to the front desk. Other than that, this place is amazing!! Must stay!!

    We come here every year! It is a great place to relax and have fun with your family. The rooms are very clean and neat with the help of the awesome room service that comes everyday. The pool is also very clean and relaxing. It is so cool to be right on the beach and the views are breathtaking! Every year is even more exciting then the last and I cant wait for this summer!

    Well staffed and maintained beach front condominiums. Pool, hot tub, new grills, gated access, beautiful beach, weekly housekeeping, weekly social events.This was our first time in the area, but we are now expecting to be Winter Texans from here on out.Perfect for families and those of us couples a bit long in the tooth. Noise curfew starts @ 10 pm. (Perfect!)

    Place was mostly clean and pretty. I loved how spacious the rooms were. There was a lot of space. 6 of us fit very comfortably into a room. Also liked how there were 2 bathrooms to make things easier. The views were gorgeous. The beach was right there.

    WONDERFUL LOCATION!I stayed here a few times over the last 20 years and I have always left happy with my choice.The indoor pool adds so much value to the stay. Perfect for families with children, couples, or even a business person that wants something different in lodging.The place we rented this time was an upper left style that faced the beach. It was the best stay so far. The A/C was able to keep things cool inside and the pool was warmed a bit in the mornings when it was a little cool outside.Great time and beautiful place!

    Weve been coming here for many years and love it. Never had a bad experience, the rooms are always clean, we have what we need in the kitchen, etc. The pool is always clean and the area around the pool is always so beautiful! We love being right on the beach and the views are breathtaking. The staff is always willing to help when needed, always friendly when we arrive and check in - great place!

    We booked a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo with balcony on the 6th floor. We called the day before arrival to confirm & was told that all confirmed. When we arrived on Tuesday, we were informed that the elevators were not working. Were told hadnt been working since Friday. We are older & didnt want to climb up & down 6 flights of stairs for our 2 day stay. Asked for refund as we were not informed of elevator issue. Was told no that they cant give refunds. We asked for a ground floor condo & since it was mid week we were able to get a ground floor suite. We believe that we should have been informed when we confirmed reservations on the day before. (The previous year we booked a hotel on North Padre that had the same issue. But they called us two days before & happily gave us a refund.) Anyway we stayed as we were able to get a ground floor condo. The condo was extremely nice & the customer service was really good. We had 2 small issues in the condo & the minor problems were solved within 10 minutes by the friendly maintenance crew. This is a nice place to stay with a friendly staff on North Padre. We removed one star as we felt that we should have been notified of elevator issue. Nice condos on the beach for your family with swimming pool on site. Many restaurants & gift shops nearby too. Check out Island Joes Coffee.

    This place is in a good location and is usually fairly calm. My family vacation here every year and the rooms are well maintained with a great view and reallllllly easy access to the beach. Theres a pool and grills and the staff is always nice.

    Great place for your getaway. Your on the beach so access is a few steps away through a secured door. Decent amenities. Generally well maintained for the age of the property. How fancy your unit is depends on the level of investment by the units owner. Recommend without hesitation.

    Love, love, love this place! Both as a designer and a guest, I’ve had great experiences with the staff every time. Unit 621 is ours and we have amazing neighbors as well as wonderful guests that come all the time. I love the pool area and I’m very happy that there is instant beach access. Can’t beat the ocean views!

    The staff is fantastic! Just a hop skip and a jump from the water. Everything thats needed is within close driving. The condo is extremely roomy, fully stocked with cooking equipment and loaded kitchen.Thank you for making our stay warm and welcomed.

    My husband and I stay here from Sept 13-15, which is the off season. Our gulf view room (316) was absolutely beautiful. The gulf views are worth the extra cost. If you wake early you will see the sunrise over the Gulf Coast. The staff were great, helpful and kind on the phone and for check in and out but we didnt have to ask anything more of them. There are great casual restaurants around too.

    If you love the beach, surf or jetty fishing, there is not a better place to stay in the Corpus/Port Aransas area than the Gulfstream Condos on North Padre Island. You are right on the beach. There are no lengthy walks on boardwalks to get to beach. You are on it. When you step outside the building you are on the beach. I’ve been staying there since it opened 50 years ago. The units are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and kept in very good condition. There are many nice restaurants close by - Snoopy’s, Doc’s, Island Italian, Angry Marlin and many more. Very close by Packery Channel jetty is great for fishing. It’s a short 15-20 minute drive into Port A if want to go there. Large pool and hot tub - and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly - love everything about the Gulfstream! Look at their website to see great pictures. You can also see inside every available condo and pick the one that most appeals to you. Great website - just a great place in every way. Just left there a week ago and can’t wait to get back 3 weeks from now!

    My grandparents have owned a condo here for the past 16 years just as a family vacation spot or a weekend getaway (were from San Antonio), so I grew up coming here a lot throughout my childhood and teen years. Ive always loved it here. The pool, hot tub, the short walk from there to the beach, the relaxation, etc. My grandparents have put their unit up for sale and Im going to miss it so much the day someone buys it. If you ever want to rent a condo for a vacation with family, friends, or if youre a couple, I suggest you come here. Very nice environment.

    Great location, #609 beds were very comfy, The only problem we had with that room was that it was so cluttered with unnecessary furniture. Stuff everywhere. Hard walking around the condo. Wound not choose that unit again.

    We have been coming to the Gulfstream Condos for the last 4 yrs. and its always so relaxing. We meet different families who have been coming for years and some first timers who are just amazed. The property is always kept clean, the staff is always friendly, and the views you just can not get enough of. I should mention that the fishing is always good for the outdoorsman. I look forward to coming next year and the next already.

    This place is cheap, accommodates around 7 people per room, is clean, has a nice and fun pool, is protected by key card access, and is right on the beach! Weve stayed here for two years now, and the place is wonderful. I always wanna go here now, not anywhere else, including the expensive holiday inn.

    I stayed with my family at Gulfstream. The two bedroom two bath condos are excellent. We have easy access to the beach from dawn to dark, where we have been able to load the van and park right by our tent and sit just yards from the water. With a pool and hot tub as well, we have an option if we want to forgo the sand and beach paraphernalia.

    I used to really love this place and I still do for the most part. Its just theyve become lazy on enforcing rules about kids in the hot tub and yet their prices keep rising. Plus, their website is difficult to maneuver for reservations. Not as impressed as I once was.

    Ive been coming to gulf stream all my life and I have never been disappointed. Im a kid so it seems a bit fancy but it still has great service, really nice people who work at the desk, a great hot tub and heated pool and view. The el constants hotel doesnt have very good service and my friend says that things are always breaking very easily. I just love it here!

    It is very clean the rooms they take good care of their lawn you need a card to go in your room its very close to the beach the pool is very clean the pool opens early and closed at ten the gas grill is good to cook and check up up on the kids or some we come here every year and we never had a bad time here

    Weve been coming to Gulfstream since I was a kid . . and now I bring my family. It is right on the beach, watching the sunrise over the water is one of my favorite things . . .then take a walk on the beach and look for seashells, while the pelicans fly in formation. Love it!

    Our stay at the FIFTH FLOOR FLAMINGO UNIT 505 was amazing. The corner units with the wrap around L shaped balcony with panoramic views will blow you away! Its like staying in a high end room on a cruse ship but no sea sickness.

    I really loved the condo . Well stock with utensils and pots and pans, for cooking in .The only gripe I have is there is no sign that tells you the housekeeping leaves at 4pm . I needed more trash bags . But it was a nice clean place.

    Very Nice place, beautiful ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, the only downfall was both shower heads were not working properly needed to be replaced and the couch was old, fold out was horrible and you sunk in the couches, needs to be replaced but all in all the place was very nice.
