We have been living with our family in Forty649 for 8 months now and we really like it. Our apartment has everything you need for a convenient stay.The best part for us at Forty649 is definitely the pool with the recreational area where you can have a barbecue or just relax. Big bonus is also the gym and nice green areas with grilling opportunities. The complex has locked gates which makes us feel really safe.The location is also very good in our opinion - stores and parks are really close by, in a short walking distance.The staff at Forty649 is very helpful and nice. They have organized so many fun events for the community (Christmas, Halloween etc) and they are also keeping everything clean and working. The only thing we miss is having a designated play area for the kids with a small basketball court or something similar. Overall we can definitely recommend living here! :)

I moved from and came back to Forty649 apartments because the staff has always been awesome! They are very professional and accommodating to my needs. I have never had any issues with the plumbing, staff or tenants. I have made friends here, which make living here great. My daughter and I are very happy and we know if we ever have any issues, they will be addressed right away. 5 stars to the property!

We’ve lived here for over two years and loved it as our home. The office staff was always so helpful when we had any concerns or questions. The apartment community was quiet and our place was comfortable to live in. Ariane always greeted us with a smile as well as Laura. I forget the other ladies names but everyone there was always so helpful and nice. Not to forget the maintenance staff, who always took care of things in a timely and polite manner. Only moving due to home purchase.

My family and I have been residents for almost 7 years. We’ve been very happy here the entire time. The environment is quiet, peaceful and safe. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Anything that we need as far as maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. We enjoy all the amenities here (gym, pool, etc…), but the landscape and garden areas are a definite favorite and perfect for walks with pets and kids! If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend!

My wife and I moved to El Paso at the end of last year. My wife had never been to the U.S. before so when we found the Forty649 apartments we were so happy. First and foremost the gated community put my wife at ease right away. Then the gym, pool, and outdoor amenities put the complex over the top. There is everything you need in the gym which saves money on a gym membership. The office staff was so welcoming and informative from the first second we stepped into the office. Smiles are infectious and the ladies inside lit up the place. They listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect apartment for us. The apartment is and was clean on arrival. The appliances are updated so that was nice as well. Plenty of closet space too. The location is also very good based on shopping and El Paso as a whole. You can get anywhere the city in a short amount of time. Overall I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Forty649. The vibe is fresh, relaxing and quiet which is nice to come home to each and every day. Thank you!

The property is well kept and very nice!!! Maintenance has been amazing and went way beyond and out of there way I woke up to a flat tire and maintenance came and aired it up for me!!!

Location, Location. This property is a mile away from great hike/bike trails. Across the street from a shopping center, and next to Highway 54. All the amenities you need are here. The property is always maintained clean. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. They even take the time to do extra things for the little ones.

I have stayed at this property for 3 years, it has always been a relatively nice place to live. In the past few years there was a change of management that led to a lot of improvements around the property. The new property manager Laura is fantastic at what she does. Customer service and overall responsiveness is great, property is always clean and well maintained, and maintenance issues are always handled with urgency and professionalism. If you are looking for some great apartments to live at in the North East of El Paso, I highly recommend Forty649.

What sets Forty649 apart, however, is the incredible kindness and support I’ve received from both staff and fellow residents.As an elderly individual relying on oxygen, the compassion shown by my neighbors who offer to help unload my truck is truly touching. But it was a recent incident at Walmart that truly showcased the exceptional care provided here. Stranded without my keys and unable to reach my family for assistance, I walked across the street to the apartment office. Noticing my difficulty breathing, the manager took me in the golf cart to my apartment to retrieve my spare keys, and then drove me to Walmart to retrieve my car. Her act of kindness was nothing short of a blessing.Moreover, the maintenance team at Forty649 deserves praise for their professionalism and promptness. They always go above and beyond to ensure everything is in order, contributing to the overall peace of mind and enjoyment of living here.I am grateful every day to call this place my home.

My husband and I moved into Forty649 this past September. We were new to El Paso, my husband had just been assigned to Fort Bliss, and knew no one here. We thank goodness that we found Forty649! It is such an oasis! The office team is always willing to help and make sure your experience is wonderful, that you feel at home. Maintenance is kind and does a great job, too! My dog LOVES the grassy courtyards (there are plenty of doggy poop bag stations). There is even a sidewalk that goes all the way around each courtyard. My dog and I take a walk around the courtyards for fresh air and exercise. I am so sad to say that my husband and I are leaving Forty649…. We found a single home to rent that aligned with our future family plans. I tell you what, we will sure miss this community. That’s what Forty649 is, an oasis community in north El Paso: close to just about everything and feels like home.

These apartments and town homes are absolutely stunning! The community is beautiful and well kept by the staff here. The location is amazing being close to so many restaurants and shopping centers. My husband and I just moved here from New England and are so happy with our decision to live here. You are very lucky if you get to work with Ariane. She is absolutely amazing. She made our moving in process fun and easy and made sure to give us all the information we needed as well as contact information for any future questions. We are so excited to be staying here.

As I reflect, approaching my final year here at The Bungalows at North Hills Apartment & Condo Community over that past 2+ years, I want to say that this has been one of the more pleasant experiences in Apartment stays that I have had since I started residing at apartments dating back to the 90’s. From the outstanding and accommodating Apartment layouts from 1 to 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped gym, and a very nice pool with outdoor cooking areas all at a reasonable price, the Bungalows offers the nice amenities that I would want in my own home. One of my favorite things about staying here has been the commitment and caring attitude of the professional staff; made up of office staff members and the maintenance team, who always put the customer 1st and provided top notch service and quick remedies to any issues that may arise. The family friendly environment has been second to none and makes me feel at ease knowing that everything is taken care of when at work or at home. Highly recommended.

When it came to moving out we had no problems with any of the extra charges that the other reviews talk about, and we had 2 golden retriever. The entire office staff has been extremely profesional and helpful since the day I first moved in. They were accommodating and kind with all my requests and it shows the high level of professionalism within the staff. I had to relocate to another part of town, however if I ever have the opportunity to go back to the Forty649 community I will do so without hesitation. The community itself is superb with the maintenance staff always doing their best to clean the entire complex and ensure it looks perfect. Walls also have great insulation so you won’t have to worry about hearing your neighbors like other apartment complexes.

Excellent experience! From the moment I drove up to the leasing office it was a premier experience. The staff is amazing, very proactive and overwhelmingly friendly and answered all of my questions honestly and accurately. My wife and I Lived here for 18 Months and had a great experience from the very start. The ladies at the office are very friendly and helpful! Macy, Jessica, and Jessica were always very attentive to all matters and concerns. The maintenance crew is also extremely attentive and work orders are usually taken care of within a day or so from our experience. The pool is beautiful and always clean. The complex is situated in a nice area with a shopping center across the street and easy access to the highway. The only reason we moved was due to the fact that my wife wanted to live closer to her job. You can’t get better than these relaxing upscale apartments. 👍🏻

I am currently living at the Bungalows and I love it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The area is clean and kept clean weekly. It is a gated community which was at the top of my list, and all of the neighbors Ive met are kind and genuine. The pool/pool area, gym, lobby, and pet parks are always taken care of and look nice and clean everyday. The bungalows throw fun events almost monthly and treat us with goodies! This is a safe, clean, and family friendly environment. I would 10/10 recommend living here.

From general manager to gardener, all are very professionals, helpful, and extremely friendly. The staff is always ready to help you. It does not matter it is the weekend or end of the day; all of them can surprise you with their will to help and energy they have! Which makes you happy and safe. The pool is always clean and secured with a well-experienced guard. Reception is very fancy with quality furniture and free Starbucks coffee. The fitness room is equipped with all the needed machines and accessories. Apartments are very comfortable and secured, which makes you happier. You can feel premium quality in your rooms, but if anything happens and you need to fix something, they will make it in an extremely short time.Thank you that you are making our stay at The Bungalows at North Hills very memorable, comfortable, and safe.

I just recently moved in to this neighborhood and apartment complex. I must say its amazing! Its really close to a neighborhood walmart and a Planet Fitness gym, and the neighborhood is a very good, gates secured complex. However, the selling point for me was the customer service that its employees, specifically Miss Tish, has provided me. Miss Tish was the sole reason as to why I decided to rent from this complex. She has been very helpful and has made my move-in very easy and painless. 10/10 I recommend this complex based on their customer service. Thanks Miss Tish!

This Bungalows at North hills was an extremely great community to live in. To start the management was very hospitable and welcoming. From the day I received the keys to my apartment, Ms. Jessica handled every concern or need I may have had with professionalism, The apartment was spotless with brand new carpet and the amenities of a modern apartment. The neighbors in the community, we’re very friendly and all had great sense of privacy and respect for others. This is the best of three apartments I resided in while living in El Paso.

This was a great place to live!! It felt like more than just an apartment complex as the staff was always the greatest, pool and gym facilities were great, and the overall property was always well kept. The staff made it great and always went out of the way do something extra for the community. The coffee days, doughnut days, and pool parts were always great. Very military friendly as they easily accommodated me to terminate my lease in accordance with guidelines and my lease. Would live there again and would recommend to friends!

I lived here for a year back in 2017-2018. The only reason I left was to help a friend and take over their lease at another complex. While I was there my upstairs neighbor was horrible making so much noise. I contacted management and they took care of it right away. I was sad to leave the bungalows, so when it came time to end my lease at the other complex, there was no hesitation. It was time to come back. The office staff was amazing in helping me get my lease going and answering tons and tons of questions with patience and grace. My apartment was clean with new carpeting when I moved in. In all honesty, I am posting this as a response to the person who left a review saying all the positive reviews were bots. I have loved both of my experiences here!

I’ve been living here for a few months now, at first the reviews scared me but my husband and I feel safe here. We love taking walks around the complex, we use the gym as much as we can, and the pool! I had a pest problem at first, which I’m a clean freak but was resolved in a matter of minutes. We’re military as well but this is one of the best complex we walked through and liked. Our neighbors are also very nice! 👍🏼😊

There is a saying, “you don’t know what you have is great until you don’t have it anymore.”I lived here for a couple years and I couldn’t complain about a single thing. The only reason why I moved out was because of the no washer and dryer inside the apt but they do have connections and offer third party co. that offer great deals!I have moved in to my new place and couldn’t resist leaving a review for the bungalows. I miss this place dearly. How the staff always made sure you were taken care of. All maintenance issues were promptly taken care of. The beautiful swimming pool.. the quiet environment... the super short commute to Walmart, Marshall’s, Ross and Peter Pipers. SUPER QUICK ACCESS to US54.My goodness. This has been my favorite place to live in the last 7 years of apartment living. The front staff is great and knew me by name, the maintenance workers work really hard and keep the grounds up well and respond to service requests promptly, and the price was great! They run specials every now and then, and I happened to snag a great deal on a 2b/2b. It was a 12-15 min drive for me to work, and I walked to Planet Fitness every day. Its conveniently located near food and shopping. The community is mostly military and older people or families, so its quiet and I never had an issue with my neighbors. The move out process was fast and easy.

The Bungalows at North Hills is the best apartment complex in El Paso, TX. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone wishing to living in an apartment. The grounds are beautiful and landscaped. The pool area is large, well kept, open 10:00-22:00, security guard present, and grills. The gym is decently sized with plentiful equipment and is open 24/7. There is rarely another resident working out at the same time. I chose to live in an one bedroom apartment, which is modern and meets my needs. The office staff is wonderful and friendly. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. The commute to post is 10-15 minutes. Thank you for a great living experience.

We’re a military family so we did all the paperwork online and through emails before we got here and they were always patient and super helpful! We absolutely love the community, everyone we’ve met is friendly and welcoming! My favorite thing is they keep it well maintained and very pretty. The green areas are so nice for the kids to play and run around! We love that it’s a gated community making us feel safe at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This is our second year here and my fiance and I couldnt be any more happy. The staff from The Bungalows was great and it did not change with the new staff from Forty649. Ariane and Sarah were very helpful with our new lease but the ENTIRE staff has been great including maintenance. Weve had issues with our AC a couple of times and the man is quick and gets it fixed the same day.

I found the Bungalows while doing online research in North Carolina. The amenities they offered for the cost seemed extremely reasonable for my roommate and I. The last nine months have been great and I would highly recommend the Bungalows at North Hills to anyone coming to the El Paso/Fort Bliss area. They are conveniently located 12-15 minutes from post, 20 from the airport, and 2 miles away from the trans-mountain pass. There are shopping centers, restaurants, and a Planet Fitness located across the street. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and has been very responsive to service requests. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall - a great place to live. Rent is reasonable, the grounds are well-kept. However, I would not suggest living in building 13. I have had a huge pest problem. I am a relatively clean person but the ants on this side of the property are rampant in the summer months. I knew the tenant that lived in my apartment before me and she said she had the same issue as well.Update: I moved out last month and the process was fairly simple. Military, just ensure you give them your orders as soon as you have them.I will say, the fact there was a violent crime in Dec 2018 that occurred on the premises and the management never reached out to their residents to ensure our safety was concerning to me.

Not sure where the negative reviews come from, I guess everyone gets butt hurt about the smallest things in 2017. Every time I have submitted a service request here the staff have responded within a day. The front office workers are very friendly and the property is well maintained.The only cons I can think of is the walls are pretty thin and the speed bumps are pretty aggressive. The overall size of the apartment is small compared to some other places.I also heard some rumors about getting charged absurd move out fees and would like to put those to rest. I cleaned my place before moving out according to the move out checklist I and only got charged for the standard carpet cleaning fee. So if you don’t want to pay cleaning fees, then clean your mess or hire a cleaning service!

Ariana Míreles is one of the nicest and professional ladies working at the apartments. The ladies in the office made moving in fast and smooth. The apparent complex is located in a great spot. Overall I’m am extremely happy to move here!!

This is my 2nd time renting here at North hills and find my stay as a Soldier and retiree very relaxing. The staff and maintenance has made my stay here then and now feeling great and rewarding. This is really a top notch quality place and really enjoy the pool and weight room. Their website to pay bills is friendly and couldnt ask for anything better. My hat is off to the Staff and maintenance crew at the Bungalows of North Hills really made me feel right at home.

I have lived at the Bungalows of North Hills for about 9 months and can say that it has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and very professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The location is very convienent to everything you need. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is very nice. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this place. Im in the military. My family and I enjoyed our 4+ years here. The location, management and maintenance staff is outstanding to my family and I. Pet friendly if you have a pet. They host events on certain occasions to bring the families at bungalow northern hills together. My kid loves it here it is safe for her and her friends to play outside her due to the gated community. Nice and up kept complex. Once again if your in the military I highly recommend this place it’s nice and quite. I never had any issues staying here. I recommend this place to all my friends PCSing to Fort Bliss.

The bad reviews I see are mainly tenant errors and nothing the fault of the actual apartment complex. I am currently living here and I can say yes, tenants are lazy and dont pick up after their dogs here and its a pain to have to always watch your step, but thats not because theres no waste bags, its because people cant just pick up after their dogs. These apartments are pretty good the management and staff are great and friendly, they make sure you are taken care of in a reasonable time. Now since moving in, I can say it wasnt too bad they give you your keys, paperwork and a form to make down any discrepancies there may be that they can fix before its your fault. And the smallest of things too, they tell you nothing is too small, so make sure you fill it out if theres anything wrong. (I had one small thing wrong with the sink, and within the week they came out and fixed it.) They also maintain the pool well, have a pretty decent size gym with a variety of equipment, and if yoh so wanted there are two gyms within a mile of the complex its. The location is great! Plus its not too far from base if your military. Theres a lot of good I can say about the place, but now the small things the can be an issue for some.Most of all the grass areas tend to flood from their watering system, really limiting where you can go as far as taking your dog out without getting wet/muddy. As I mentioned before, people have a hard time picking up after their pets too, but theres always waste bags. If you live on the first floor be ready for anyone above you to be loud as the floor for the second/your ceiling dont do a good job of being soundproof from barking dogs, people running up and downstairs, and people just being heavy footed with each step, but thats really by chance and what type of neighbors you get. (I got the barking dog above me at 6-8 am every day and it literally sounds like hes in my apartment downstairs.) Aside from those things, there arent many things wrong, never had a bug issue, they do pest control every month if Im not mistaken. The gates are closed all of the time unless they are fixing them which is rare. Best part is they dont restrict your dogs for it being an agressive breed. Its up to you to not let your animals be that way which is nice.Now if they could add more dog waste stations throughout, and just fix their watering systems in the grass areas, this place would be great. If not just make sure you wear your boots to use the grills, and watch your step.

I almost didnt rent here because of some of the negative reviews but Im glad I took the chance. The staff was helpful and promptly addressed any concerns I had while living there. The complaints about ants and the like are warranted but you have to be realistic about living in a desert climate. I personally get freaked out about any bugs but they spray the property weekly and you can also request individual service (free of charge) if you are not satisfied with the already complementary efforts. The property is located across the street from Walmart, Petco, Ross, Marshalls, a few restaurants and, gas station, health stores and more so you dont have to travel for every day needs. The pool area is great and the gym is awesome too. I cant say more about the staff, from maintenance to management, I have never rented anywhere that equates to their outstanding commitment to providing a happy and comfortable place to live. I most enjoyed the grounds because if you havent noticed, El Paso is gray and brown... Not here. The attention paid to keeping it green with splashes of color from different flowering bushes is a great break from the norm. My husbands commute to Ft Bliss was great too. He was able to come home at lunch if he wanted and didnt have to cross the mountain from the almighty west side (where we moved at first) which didnt allow for quick trips home. The people I befriended there in such a short period were also great. Good community, great location, great management made our stay a good one. As a military family we are so appreciative thus the review. I typically dont waste my time but since bad reviews almost steered me away I thought it only fair that I give a deserving review. This place exceeded my expectations and im really glad I didnt allow some disgruntled reviewers spoil my stay in El Paso. Oh one more thing. I didnt get nickled and dimed for anything. If you tear your apartment up or dont house train your dog or kids for that matter, you should rightfully expect to pay for the damage left behind. That part really is just common sense. Otherwise your full charges are laid out for you upon move in and move out.

I have had nothing less than a great experience at The BungalowsNH in the year I have lived here. I am a student in the Army Sergeants Major Course and had to move to El Paso on short notice. I did an internet recon on El Paso and other areas and it kept brining me back to the North East El Paso area as being the safest and within a few minutes of the Sergeants Major Academy (14 min. drive to be exact on hwy). I contacted them before leaving my last duty station, Macy the leasing agent was able to get everything situated prior to me arriving with no issues. I arrived near the end of the day on a hot Friday in July after driving 30 hours from my last duty station. Macy had my paperwork ready and keys in hand as I walked through the door. My apartment is quiet and have not had any maintenance issues. The property overall is pretty laid back with all the necessary amenities you’d need. It is the perfect place to get a full night sleep or do homework with no outside distractions. It is also across the street from a shopping center with a good variety of shops to include a small grocery Walmart, Ross, Marshall’s, Petco, and food places. Overall, the BungalowsNH is a great place to live.

I had a great year with them. The management was always nice and knew who I was. They had tastie coffee in the lobby for everyone. The grounds were always well kept. The housing is a little small for the price but it is a brand new and competitive prices with the apartments down the street.The area is great because it is constantly growing. The plaza grew from just the Walmart to a full plaza in under a year. Well worth the money if you are looking.

The Bungalows at North Hills is the most livable apartment complex in El Paso, TX. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to living in an apartment with many opportunity. The views are beautiful and landscaped, very near to the Mountains where you can hike or run. in the near area is a shopping district with Walmart. The pool area is large, well kept, green, perfect place to grill and chillexing. The security is very good, with gates and security guard in the pool.so if you would like to live in green and quiet environment it is good to go.

Excellent staff and unique and elegant accommodation. The residence enjoys privacy, and the complex has a swimming pool and a games room. We enjoyed living on site during 12 months, which was full of fun and joy. The staffs response to problems was quick and satisfactory, and the reception staff were very courteous.
