This place is well managed and is very clean. We stay here every time we come to South Padre,we love it so much because our room has a beach ⛱️ view. Its really nice and cozy and you can always cook your meals if you dont want to go out to eat.

The location was awesome my only issue was this condo was alot smaller then the pictures showed. The Picture made this condo look bigger. Just want to give yall the heads up.

Amazing stay! Seven year old twins had a blast it was kid friendly and very accessible. It was peek season and the beach area was NOT crowded making it very comfortable for our kids safety. Stayed in #205 room was very well kept and you cant beat the view. Recommend to anyone with kids. booking our next stay

Nice clean beach and clean/clear water. Terrible parking throughout the island. Traffic laws seem to be taken more as a suggestion rather than rules to drive by. Some nice restaurants, but get there early because these restaurants are nearly the only ones EVERYONE in the area has available to them and you will either not be able to eat at them or you will have longer than an hour wait.

My partner and I came here for our anniversary and stayed at Florence Condo 1 room 301. Our host also has this space available through airbnb. He was so nice and informative I had to leave a review on google as well. Most importantly our host is LGBTQ+ friendly and recommended so many restaurants and bars to check out. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning! The sunrise peaking from the ocean every morning was the perfect way to start our day. The beach is really as it shows; just footsteps away! We will definitely be coming back!

Sweet, seaside condo in great South Padre location, right on the beach, with a small pool and hot tub to boot!. We especially loved the decks off livingroom and master bedroom! Owners were very kind and easy to communicate with. Some kitchen amenities were missing/lacking (the only reason my review isnt 5 ☆s).

Nice place. Easy to get to. Exactly as advertised. King bed extremely comfortable. Balcony overlooks the beach with easy access. Nice hot tub and pool. Very small kitchen with little counter top. Very affordable and better than a hotel.

The place is great. Right on the beach. We had the 3 bath 3 bed for 6 people it was very nice and we had alot of room. The only neg Is the parking but thats to be expected at S padre.

Stayed in 301 and loved it. Whole place looked liked they had just remodeled. I probably spent most of my time just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. If I wasnt there I was sitting at the kitchen bar still enjoying the view!

Awesome view! Condo is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need to feel like youre at home.The condo owners are super nice people who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.We will definitely be renting from them on a regular basis.

Not too crowded the water is a little salty and the water in the Gulf of Mexico is pretty salty. But we did have fun and the 7 year old had a great time riding the waves. Small waves and low water

Breakfast at Teds is becoming a tradition for us. We stop here for a good breakfast any time we are in SP. I especially like the migasin the morning just before we hit the road for the long drive home. Very tasty and filling.

South Padre Island has it all. Blue water, beach front condos, and a ton of restaurants to choose from. They have the best fresh shrimp in Texas and the Mexican food is also very good. Like all seaside places nothing here is cheap but there are plenty of options. Since becoming a Spring Break destination for college kids, SPI has aquired quite a nightlife with plenty of bars and restaurants staying open late, some with live bands. You can even a walk up beach bar mid- island. There are also go cart tracks, bungee bounce jumps, para-sailing, boat tours (dolphin watch etc..), and a water park resort (Schlitterbahn). Take the kids to see the Ridley Sea Turtle rescue center for an educational experience. You can rent a golf cart to drive around the island in multiple places.There are tons of fishing opportunities, piers, charters etc. At the end of the main road there is an off the beaten path beach with thousands of shells and huge drifting sand dunes. On the weekends, after a long day, in the summer, they have a fireworks show on the bay.

Very nice, elegant, clean, everything you need to stay from one night to several, spacious, comfortable, good location, very close to the sea, everything in order from the parking lot, entrances and exits.
