    First off I would like to say all of their employees are very friendly. Their new property manager, Micah, is very nice and informative with her leasing agent, Ke, being nice and informative as well. These two have managed to offer customers one of the quietest pieces of property in Tyler. This complex also gives customers the relief of all bills paid. This is for sure the best complex in the 903 area.

    Highly recommend Eastwood, Literally have the friendliest front office around. Micah and ke are the sweetest/ most helpful hosts. They will help you through anything you need and go through hurdles to make sure the weight of move in is off your shoulders. You couldnt go wrong with checking out this place. From the environment to the well maintained apartments everything has been a joy.

    I have lived here a little over a year now. I think the apartments are very nice, I like the courtyard area. The laundry rooms are nice and clean. I can always count on maintenance if there is a problem, and I really like how nice and understanding the manager is!! If you are looking for a good apartment to live in, this one I recommend.

    I didnt have a tour scheduled but I just walked into the leasing office and was helped right away. Ke the leasing agent was really friendly and very informative about the property and the apartments.. Micah the new property manager was also super informative and friendly. I like the all bills paid option that eastwood offers. Definitely considering renting here.

    Eastwood is home to me. I lived here 37 years ago, and now I’ve come back because I love it so much. It’s nice, quiet, and safe. The neighbors are great, and everyone feels like family. Also in a great neighborhood and close enough to stores, but nestled in pretty tree lines.

    I just moved in a week ago & i must tell you these are all around great apartments! Starting from the office, with Ms. Kimberly & Ms. Tracey, they have helped me with everything from payments, moving in, even calling with a move in follow up. Move here, you will NOT be disappointed. Great community with great residents!

    We recently moved into Eastwood and it has been amazing! The front office is beyond helpful, the apartment was freshly renovated, and when we ran into a small issue, maintenance came the same day to fix it. All the neighbors are very friendly and kind. I am very happy to call Eastwood my home!

    I am thankful for being a resident here for 5 years. Office staff is very friendly, courteous and always smiling. I can put in a work order today and maintenance is a at my apartment immediately. Thank you Eastwood staff for everything.

    My name is Julie and I use to live here for 20 yrs but moved in to help my dad with Alzheimers. The lady I use to live with, Jill, also of 20 yrs is still here and I work taking care of her. Karen is a Great manager and is doing a great job taking care of the place. The staff is super nice and hard workers. Thanks again Karen for the nachos Saturday. Julie and Jill

    I have lived at Eastwood apartments for over 4 years and never had any problems. The maintenance teams is always there the next day if not the same day to fix any problems we have and love that we can have our pitbull! Nothing but good things to say abt Eastwood or the staff.

    Low~ish pricing, great location, maintenance is VERY FAST. We had a little bit of issues when we first moved in, but that was because of the previous neighbors, the apartment fixed it up fast. Great place and theyve taken great care of me and my roommates.

    Love the apartment complex!! The ladies are so sweet and friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes from both Tyler Junior College and UT Tyler.
