My husband and I have lived year for two years, since it reopened after a renovation. The first year plus we did not have great management (lots of turnover, too), but since Sept 2023, we have been grateful for Araceli, Cynthia, and Paola with AWM Management. They are professional, communicative, and kind. They have followed through on issues and questions we brought to their attention, and they have all have the best interests of the residents in mind. The building is not perfect (where is?), but the management team is easy to work with and takes responsibility for the place.

They’re real nice, and crime free . Meaning you don’t have to worry about any vandalism at all, and that’s I like the most.

Very satisfied how things have turned around and are getting taken care of. Maintenance is completing work request faster and the property up keep is 100% better!
