I recently had the pleasure of living at Cobble Creek Apartments, the application process was prompt and easy to pick the perfect apartments for your needs through their website and apply. I was impressed by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail provided by the management and staff.The apartment was clean and beautifully designed. The layout was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that flooded the space with natural light. The interior finishes were modern and stylish, creating a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere.The amenities offered were outstanding. There was a well-equipped fitness center overlooking the pool and waterfall. It is very relaxing and quiet a nice place to tan, swim and read a book. One aspect that stood out to me was the excellent maintenance team. They responded promptly to any issues or concerns I had throughout my stay, ensuring that everything was always in working order. It gave me peace of mind knowing that any problems would be addressed quickly and efficiently.Another highlight was the location of the apartment complex. Situated nearby numerous and conveniently by restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The neighbors are very friendly and quite with no public disturbances. I feel very safe in my apartment complex.Lastly, I must commend the friendly and professional staff who made living in this apartment truly enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests and went above and beyond to create a sense of community among residents through various social events. Overall, my experience living at Cobble Creek Apartments has been a great one in every way possible. From its lovely design and amenities to its prime location and exceptional service, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I am so pleased with Rosa, our property manager! She is always willing to listen to my problems or concerns regarding my apartment and/or the property in general. She is good about following up to be sure the issue is resolved or at the very least is being worked on. She is always friendly and personable while maintaining a professional manner. I am about to renew my lease for the 4th year, at least in part, due to Rosa.

I love Rosa she always listens and takes care of the problems. She is very concerned about making the tenants happy and gets your problems taken care of as fast as possible. I sure hope she stays here because we need her and the company needs an employee just like her. THANK YOU ROSA.

I love this apartmentsThe new administration manager Ms.Rosa Ramos is great and always happy to help the residents .she is very dedicated and knows her job ,also very understandable person .The apartments are safe, never have any problem or incident , the staff is very polite and nice special sweety the asistant managerII Have been living here 3 years and Im so happy here so peaceful environment.The maintance group special Luis and team always respectful and very helpful and do very great job when I required a serviceI can give 10 stars but only can give 5 stars for the great job of this apartment100 % recommend this apartments

I have lived here at Cobble Creek Apts in the same apt#131 for 16 years . During that period I have experienced 4 owner changes , countless on site management and maintenance changes and very poor living conditions. A while back Regina became the on site Manager turned the place around with positive attitude and kindness. She earned a promotion and has brought in her replacement Rosa Ramos trained and worked with her. I use the fitness center every day. I hear how caring and sincere she is with the residents here. come look and see how well this property is maintained. im a satisfied .resident. Yes the rent hurts on a fixed income but so does the grocery store, gas station and doctors office. G.F.Knause 01/25/2024

This by far has got to be the best apartments I have ever lived. Ms. Linda who has been here for a while has been so sweet with me and always takes the time to explain to me any questions I may have. And Mrs. Greyci who just started blew me away she is a great manager and I really feel happy to live here because I have never experienced a staff that genuinely cares the way I have now! Great place to live !! 5 stars for doing their absolute best!

My husband and I have only been here for about a month, but everything seems great. The manager, Regina Carr, went above and beyond to make our move in easy and to take the stress off of us. Were very pleased with our two bedroom and its not badly priced either. The ONLY problem my husband and I have found is the parking. We wish there was more or carports for residents to rent out. Other than that, everything has been great. Its a pretty, quiet, and convenient place to live.

We moved into cobble creek mid September and we’ve loved it here ever since. Very nice small complex, not much going on and I like it like that. The staff members are amazing. Sweetie has been very helpful and even provide free breakfast for us every now and then! Thank you guys

Ive lived here for almost 2 years. I can tell the pros and cons of this place.Pros: Regina and Linda are awesome, as well as their friendly crew. The apartment complex is over all nice and a decent living area. The old manager of the complex allowed apartments to be filled with roaches and the pest control company they used never worked. I havent had a roach problem with Regina in charge, so thats a big plus for me.Cons: The railing leading to upstairs apartments is chipping and peeling. You cant use them without paint chips falling or stabbing your hand. Laundry cards can only be filled when the office is open, so if you dont have money in the cardand the office isnt open, youre out of luck. If you have pets, especially dogs, expect fleas. The grass around the complex is a great place for your dog to get them.What Can Improve/ Suggestions : I would love recycle options or compost options. This would cut the cost of trash pickup and valet trash. Plus, it would be great for the environment. Spraying the ground with an anti flea and tick repellent would be great, especially with the risk of deer across the street spreading them. An added bonus is not having widespread fleas infecting apartment pets. If there was a way to fill the laundry card when the office is closed for wash emergencies, that would be great.

Today I was attended by Luis in my cousins apartment and It was a amazing service he was kind polite and quick to work he came in fixed our ac unit and our dishwasher in a timely matter I am very impressed one of the things that make it livable here! If I could give him more stars I would Luis is amazing!!!!

My experience living here at Cobble Creek for over 8 months is being very pleasant. I love the apartment setting, is clean, new kitchen appliances, new carpet and the outside amenities:the pool, the playground, the gym and the gazebo. But most of all the management truly is helpful for anything we need. Special thanks to Joel, the property manager, Lherisse and Andrea for their impeccable daily efforts to help all the tenants.

Amazing apartment complex! First actual apartment I’ve lived in alone with my girlfriend and we’ve been treated with nothing but hospitality! They occasionally give out free breakfast for the tiny community we have here. I love it.

I have lived at Cobble Creek for 3 years. My first year of residence was very turbulent due to a management staff which was very unorganized, however since the arrival of Joel my experience has been wonderful. Joel will go above and beyond to assist his tenants. He is also so warm and friendly you will enjoy talking to him. Maintenance does a great job responding to issues quite quickly. I especially appreciate the office staff, Gabby and Lherisse, they are so sweet and patient in handling any issue. I highly recommend this complex; it is not high luxury living, however, the friendly neighbors make it a worthy living experience!

First the good, its quiet and not as rowdy as the other apartment complexes in the area, maybe because its smaller than a typical complex. You can pay your bills online, but dont bother emailing management office, they probably wont respond, just call them!Maintenance and pest control are issues, but if youre looking for a quiet out of the way but still close to everything else, this is it.

We LOVE cobble creek apartments! The price, the space, renovations, public spaces, parking and management is wonderful! Valet trash and pest control services are a plus too. The only thing I wish I could change is their smoking policy.

Today they finished all the renovations in my apartment and i just want to say it is FANTASTIC!!!!The staff was terrific during the whole process, everything is new and Beautiful Great Job.They were very mindful of my cat that is very old during the whole week of work, which i would like to thank them for, altho stressed she made it thru just fine. We moved into Cobble Creek about a month ago. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews. However, the price we pay for the amount space we have is what made us give it a try. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with this place. So far everything has been great from the apartment to the staff.

Great place , we lived here for over 3 years. Management is always available to help. Sometimes they are busy BUT the office is there for you. Open door policy is great . Thanks to Joel the manager, he always went above and beyond for us. We enjoyed our time there .

These apartments are nestled in the hospital district of. Tomball Texas very cozy even reminds you of a good pair of houseshoes in winter time!!! Its a reasonably priced establishment starting in the 800.on up area !! Swimming pool,Hot Sauna ,Weight Room,Computer Room and a close distance of 2mi if that from Tomball Parkway with Wal-Mart store☆,King Dollar☆,Boost Mobile Outlet and☆,Palais Royal Stores!!!all withinwalking distance!!

I moved to this property three years ago, I have not had any problems when I have needed maintenance, they are always attentive to a call to my apartment, highly recommended, excellent work, the office lady Linda is very attentive and takes her time to help and explain. And now I have met the new manager once but she is very friendly, she comes to say hello and an excellent person and for me she is a very good manager.
