I am so impressed with Irma, Sydney, Victor and the rest of the team here. It is extremely clear to me that Irma cares a lot about the property and is working hard to make positive changes. She was extremely attentive and understanding during our lease transfer process and made sure we were happy with the new apartment. I have lived here for almost two years and for the first time in a long time Im really excited for the direction the complex is taking.

My family and I have been here for over three years now and could not recommend it more. The apartments are very nice, the amenities well taken care of, and the management clearly cares about us. We have had several changes in management during our time here but we cannot praise Irma more. She truly cares about her tenants and looks out for us and advocates for us. They are also very responsive on maintenance requests and overall are just great.

Staffing management is great!- Irma has been very welcoming, friendly, warm and super understanding of my needs. I love the fact, that as soon as I put a maintenance request, Victor goes above and beyond, and is super pet friendly. Love the new manager Ms Irmashe is so kind and you can tell she loves her job. Ive lived here since 2017 and wanted to move due to all the changes but now Im staying because I see all the good changes she is making for the property. She is always walking around and waives at all the residents and shei so caring. Thanks for finding a wonderful manager for our property.

It’s an absolutely beautiful property with wonderful amenities. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable . The location is ideal and I am absolutely in love with my new home! Jasmine, Sydney Ryan, and Irma worked together to offer me the perfect unit, answered every question, and addressed every concern sincerely. I couldn’t ask for a better management team.

Bel Air on Maple treated me nothing but responsiveness and kindness. I moved from oversees and they could handle everything remotely. The property manager, Cecilia, was always helpful and friendly. Although I arrived late in the evening and the management was closed, they helped me out and I could sleep in my own bed on my first night. The apartment was clean and orderly. So far it was a pleasant experience.Edit: After two months of living here, unfortunately I have to say that they have a lot to improve. Emergency response is poor. The area is not the safest. Security should be improved with additional gates to the apartments. Apartment itself is beautiful and comfy but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I hope things improve with time.Edit2: I had to move out 1.5 years after moving in because I was leaving the country. I must say that the new manager, Irma, is one of the kindest, understanding and helpful human beings I’ve ever met. She made the process very smooth and I do appreciate that very much. All in all, Bel Air was a good choice for me.

Met the new manger today was such a pleasure she is so willing to get the property back to the old ways! I’m grateful for her and he makes me and my family feel comfortable and understanding all we have been through since move in. I see the changes that have taken place so far! I’m going to continue to refer my family and friends!

Moved in July 2023 and we haven’t had any major issues so far.Yes you can hear the planes and train from inside, you get use to it. Most annoying thing is the cars at the hospital that randomly go off.I will say our unit was not cleaned well before we got in, with weird stains on the walls and splashes of paint that don’t blend but nothing crazy.Maintenance is quick and responsive, put in several requests midday and they were completed by the next day. Front desk can always answer any of my questions or concerns.The new towing service is Spartan and we’ve been given time to set up our accounts and register our cars.The lock boxes are convenient, the gym, and pool are well kept. People actually use the grills by the pool and never leave a mess.For some reason the gates at the entrance keeps getting messed up but it’s fixed quickly each time (This is an issue every time someone is moving in/out).Never had a roach or bug problem while living here.Biggest issue is the constant smell of weed when I walk outside at night and on the weekends, as well as cigarette buds on the ground or stairs. Or people not picking up after their dogs at the dog park, especially when it rains.Overall, I feel very safe here and I’ve enjoyed it so far.

Convenient and Cozy with Some Noise Challenges - 4 StarsMy experience living in this apartment has been generally positive, earning it a solid four stars in my book. The convenience factor, particularly for my work commute, is a major plus. Additionally, the proximity of stores adds to the overall convenience, making it a comfortable living space.One aspect that stands out is the responsiveness of the management to maintenance issues. Despite facing multiple leaks during rainy days on the 4th floor where my unit is located, the problems were swiftly addressed, although there are still ongoing maintenance issues that need attention.However, there are a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, the recurring disturbance from my neighbor engaging in intimate activities every two weeks around 1 to 2 am is disruptive. While Ive reached out to management about this, I understand that everyone deserves their privacy and leisure time.Secondly, the noise from passing trains and nearby construction can be bothersome, although Ive managed to adapt and tolerate it over time.In summary, this apartment offers convenience, comfort, and responsive management, but noise disturbances detract from an otherwise pleasant living experience.

I absolutely LOVE The Link on Maple. You hear a lot of horror stories regarding property management, but that is FAR from the case here. Lisa is by far the most caring, patient, kind, property manager Ive ever had. Moving to a completely different state was tough, but from the moment I walked in to look at the apartments, she made me feel at HOME, and made my transition so much easier after I signed the lease.Any time I had a question, needed help with ANYTHING, she was there, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for every resident here. When we had the winter storm, she made our experience so easy. She kept EVERYONE update, answered all of our questions, and kept us at ease. She, and her staff, do a fantastic job at keeping the property sparkling clean throughout the year.Anytime Ive put in a maintenance request it is handled, and taken care of immediately. She treats every person who walks through that front door like a member of her family, and it shows by how she interacts with everyone she runs into in our complex, and the incredible cookouts she holds for us through the year.Im so very grateful for her and her staff. Without them, I probably would not have stayed. What they do here for their residents is truly special, and unlike ANY place Ive ever lived. Thank you Lisa for everything youve done for my little family. Youve made living here so easy, peaceful, and enjoyable.

I just signed a lease with the help of Lisa, the Links outstanding Office Manager. She was courteous, professional, warm and had the answer to all our inquiries. We loved the apartment and her professionalism more than put it over the top! We cant wait to move in!**UPDATE**My living experience here at The Link has been incredible! The office manager Lisa Freeman has been a significant part of that experience. She’s been available, attentive and diligent in making sure her tenants needs are met. She runs an extremely smooth operation. Would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I have lived here for about a year so Ive had enough time to give an honest review. Ive had 3 minor maintenance issues - all answered literally within seconds and corrected within a day or two. The maintenance guys, valet trash folks and the grounds keepers are kind, work quickly and leave us wanting for nothing. The apartments themselves are large (great one bedrooms for a single person - I love my place). I also have lived across the hall from someone Ive only ever seen twice and never met the other two neighbors just 20 feet away. My point: its quiet. All of that said, the true jewel of The Link on Maple is the apartment manager LISA FREEMAN. She is immediately responsive, professional and the one time Ive had a personal challenge due to covid - went out of her way to alleviate any additional stress in my life and trusted that I would take care of what the issue was - I did, of course. She made it seem like it was nothing at all - it was not nothing. That kindness will not be forgotten. On my balcony Ive seen her walking by other residents and she knows them by name, is always smiling and wants her residents to feel like this is home. I absolutely do and I renewed my lease 3 months before it was up - without hesitation.

Love the complex, but even more so we love our apartment manager, Lisa! Shes incredibly helpful, consistently going above and beyond for her residents. She was a big part of the reason why we decided to move in and a large part of why we stay. The apartments are nice and not your usual plain box styles. The community is relatively small with friendly residents and is dog friendly! The rest of the staff is great as well!

When I graduated college and moved back to Dallas I was looking for a place to live. I looked all over Dallas and it wasn’t until I walked into The Link on Maple that I knew I didn’t have to look any further. From the moment I walked into the leasing office Lisa treated me like family. To say the move in process was easy would be an understatement. I have not lived at a better property. Lisa is great! She takes care of her residents. The staff is amazing. My maintenance requests have always been taken care of same day. The property is always kept clean. The pool is always sparkling clean and is open year round. If you’re looking for a quiet community with a great staff this is the place to be!

My apartment is perfect but it was her personable and friendly deposition that sealed my decision. The community is well kept and the grounds are clean and tidy. Im loving it!

We have been living in Bel Air on Maple for around 2 months and have had a great experience. The complex was recently acquired by American Communities and renamed from Link on Maple to Bel Air on Maple. Cecilia, the new manager, has been really helpful and responsive. We had to move last minute and she was able to get us into an apartment same-day, which I didnt even think was possible. Overall, our experience with the management team at Bel Air has been excellent. Miguel is part of the maintenance team here and has addressed all of our maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. One time this summer our AC unit was acting up and he stayed after hours to get it working again. You can definitely count on Miguel to help fix anything with your unit.In terms of the apartment itself, I think the units here are really nice and are one of the best in terms of value for money in the area. It is especially good if you are going to UTSW for school or work because of how close you will be without paying an ridiculous amount in rent.I also like the amenities here. My favorites are the gym and dog park. The gym is small but has a lot of equipment and is more complete than many others in the area. The dog park is small but overall decent because it is shaded and is a convenient location. You do not have to walk through a hot parking lot to get to it, unlike some other complexes.I would definitely recommend Bel Air on Maple to anyone looking for a decent apartment in the area.If you decide to move here, then I would recommend going with either Verizon 5G Home or T-Mobile 5G Home for your internet. The AT&T package available here is not very good and is a poor value for your money unless you need cable tv.

I lived at The Link for the past 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The manager, Lisa, is incredibly helpful and patient with us. She responds to emails promptly at all times. Our maintenance requests were always fulfilled within several days. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone, especially those who work at Parkland hospital.

I have lived at The Link On Maple for 1 year now and will be happily renewing. Lisa and Andrew have provided by far the best service I have received from an apartment complex since my 6 years of living in Dallas. I spent 5 years living in the Uptown area (3 different apartments), but little did I know about this hidden gem.Staff: Lisa (Community Manager) and Andrew (Maintenance Supervisor) are absolutely amazing. Lisa won me over since day 1. She has been very prompt, accommodating, kind, and personable. I have been greatly satisfied with Andrews maintenance expertise and personability too. I have never had staff that felt like family to me.Apartment complex: The layout of my 1 bedroom apartment is excellent. I have 2 closets, a study area, a dinning room, a spacious living room/bedroom/kitchen, and a huge tub. I love having a reserved sparking spot. The gym is nice.Residents: I love the diversity at this complex. It is refreshing to see people of different races/ethnicities living among each other. The residents I have met have been courteous and cordial.Location: The location is great. Kroger (a block away) and a Latin grocery store (across the street) make for convenient grocery shopping. The dart station is close by, which connects you to the DFW metroplex. There are good restaurants/bars in the area.I have never written an apartment review; however, what Lisa and Andrew are doing here is truly special. Thank you all for your hard work and being the epitome of great residential service!

I stayed at the Link on Maple for the past four years, and I absolutely loved it there! The location is perfect for people in the medical field, and the floorplans are extremely nice and spacious. Throughout my time here, Lisa, the office manager was very helpful, friendly, and always looked out for me. The maintenance people were also very prompt in addressing any maintenance requests and were also very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

The end of my lease is nearing and I have to say this has been the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at. The staff has been amazing, taking care of every need in a timely manner. If you have ever lived in an apartment you know from time to time you will hear your neighbors, its just part of living in a multiple tenet building. The construction of this property is great, granite countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The property is perfect if youre a dog lover, most of the first floor apartments have a yard and if you dont want a first floor unit they have a dog park in the back of the property. You most definitely get what you pay for with Maple Gardens, if this property isnt right for you then you probably shouldnt live in any apartment complex.
