    Lived here for two years and plan on staying. Office is really friendly. Maintenance is nice and quick to help. Rent hasnt gone up astronomically when its time to renew.

    Its highly disappointing seeing so many negative reviews about things that have absolutely nothing to do with the property and only to do with how people take care of their home. I moved here two years ago and have been saving money on buying a home, ill be moving this coming month so heres a legitimate review.The apartments are cheap for the area.Maintenance is actually quick but arent the best with repairs.Trash comes regularly.Neighbors are as friendly as you choose to be.To the person who complained about this place catering to primarily Hispanics, this is an Hispanic/African American complex. Get over it...I will say that I have had problems. I had my car towed because the complex failed to notify me about the new stickers. I called the office and the individual told me, when I asked to make it write on their end... Why would we need to make it right when you failed to file the correct information? I called the corporate location, the manager called and said someone else filed under my apartment number. They paid for my tow and I picked up my car with no cost if my own. This isnt a bad place to live, its a good price with a great location. The office is friendly and try to help despite one bad thing happening in two years. Parking is not a choice situation though, they need to enforce and make sure they dont overbook residents.

    I LOVE this place. The apartments themselves are amazing, the staff is exceptional, and I always feel safe in my home. To be honest weve let our kitchen get pretty bad, yet Ive never seen more than a couple of fruit flies. I guess the reviews are bad because of old management, but everything here has been amazing. It’s only about 5 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants on Montfort and Beltline, yet it’s far enough away that it doesn’t feel busy and loud. Maintenance is awesome, and they’re always walking around improving the complex.Every time I go into the office, Itati seems to remember who I am and even remembers my apartment number before I have to tell her. I live right outside the pool, and once someone was playing extremely loud music, so I called the office to complain, not only did they say they were already addressing the issue, but they called me back to give me the security guards phone number so that I could call back if they turned the music back up after 5:00. Every maintenance request Ive ever submitted has been addressed almost immediately, Ive never been worried about a break in, and my apartment is amazing for the low rent.The only real problem I have with this place is the parking. If you dont pay the $30 a month for your own personal parking spot, dont expect to get a spot after 10pm. Ive even come home around midnight multiple times and there literally wasnt a single spot opened (including visitors) so I have to make my own spot and hope I dont get ticketed. Even if you do get a spot, theyre very tight and incredibly difficult to fit in to. However, I dont see how they could fix this problem without doing some nearly impossible reconstruction of the area, so Ill let it slide.Overall, this place is exceptional and I definitely recommend living here. Its probably one of the cheapest places to live in this area, but it doesnt show. The only reason we’re leaving is to move to San Antonio, and I really hope I can find a place like this when we move. It’s been amazing.

    I have been living here for 3 years now and I love it. ... when I first moved in back in 2010 the office staff sucked but now everyone is so friendly and helpful. .. Charlie is awesome and the maintenance guys are great at what they do! I actually referred a couple of friends already. I highly recommend this place.

    Its been 3 years and I have really enjoyed my stay at 5636 Apartments. The staff is great, all the time! I love the experience so much, just upgraded to a bigger unit and will be loving the moving in process. Keep up the good work 5636 team.

    I like these Apartments actually, not too many distractions or noise at my location. The grounds stay relatively clean, Neighbors aren’t bothersome but just fine, it’s not too expensive. So yea, nothing too really complain about here.

    I’ve lived here for a year and have never had any issues. Maintenance is very prompt, the front desk has been very responsive to my needs and questions, parking has gotten significantly better and it is an all around great community to live in. I would highly recommend.

    Since August 2014 under new management, the apartments have become a great place to live in!!! Parking is now improved thanks to tough towing enforcement. Visitors can now park with a temp tag instead of driving around playing musical chairs. Maintenance is up to date and no crime occuring in the vicinity thanks to security! Rooms are roomy for newly weds and small families and on the plus side you will be close to Addison to dine and shop!This regard all previous posts before me since those no longer live here and left a bad rep on the previous management.One more thing, they have a very strict policy on letting anyone have a chance to live here so if you do not have a criminal record or bad credit, you will be welcomed with big arms!!!!

    Cinthia and Perla are great at the office and the maintenance guys are fast and friendly. Been here since before Anterra and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. The only downside is the horrible parking situation, but the fact is the complex simply wasnt built with enough spaces

    Were pretty new here, but for someone adjusting to apartment living, so far its clean, quiet and maintenance very nicely shows up and fixes things. Im hoping to stay a long time.

    Very quiet space to live, pool is always cleaned since its 24/7 access. Staff are superbly friendly. Been here for a year and never had any issues. 10/10

    I’ve been living here for two years and a half and this community is getting better and better, great location with reasonable prices and quiet atmosphere, The staff at the 5636 apartments it’s very professional especially Elizabeth they have resolve very quickly small issues at my apartment.Definitely recommend this place.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    Quiet area, close to everything and great price. Ive been living here for 5 years now and never had a problem, Maintenance is great and responsive and office is always helpful.

    I like the tranquility and security. I have been here for 8 months and it has been a very pleasant time, they have done many renovations and the service is excellent. Maintenance is very quick to respond and very friendly.

    They are the best apartment where we have lived, the maintenance is very efficient and Miss Elizabeth from the office is very kind, friendly and attentive to give us good service since we arrived, we are very happy to feel good here
