Britt’s team evaluated a portfolio of properties for our investment firm. We found the customer service, professionalism, and timeliness to be top-notch. The reporting was thorough and the cost tables helped us negotiate a significant discount off the purchase price, as well as adequately plan for capital expenditures. We’re glad we didn’t go with the large multinational due diligence firm who initially quoted the project, because they seemed to lack the personalized touch we were looking for. All in all, it was great experience and we will be employing WBTreece’s services again in the future.

The absolute trusted partners you need to have on your team for determining viability of a commercial property!Britt and his team made going through the due diligence process seamless with their comprehensive ESA & Property Assessment reports of what to be aware of when exploring commercial real estate. Britt saved me from making a huge financial decision that would have been 3-4x the cost of the building asking price in repairs!!! WBTreece is thorough and will call on them again, once I catch my breath from this recent experience, and I explore another property!
