Weve had many, many home inspections prior to this one — in MA, RI, WA, and VT. This was by far the most in-depth and thorough of all with the final output providing a level of insight and clarity that we havent seen previously. Too often if it felt like our inspection reports amounted to little more than templated survey answers grouped under generic headings and a bunch of black and white photos that didnt tell us much. But Aarons report was detailed, objective, fair and direct. He also replied quickly to follow-up questions regarding one specific concern I had related to conditions specific to the part of the city were buying in. He was flexible with his inspection timeframe and willing to share high-level findings in advance of his report via a video recording. Highly recommended!

Our inspector found the HVAC contractor didnt remove the plastic around the interior of the AC vent, thus blocking air from exiting. Wonderful service. They were very professional and willing to make the drive out to Julian on a Sunday. Amazing service. Also, the ability to provide us with the a clear report with photos was nice. They even gave me the ability to select things from their report to create a request for repairs. Will definitely be going with them in the future when we get our next house.
