    Trevor did a fantastic job inspecting a potential home for my family. At first look, the home appeared to be a gem; Trevor used his competence to show us the money pit that we would have been getting ourselves into. He assisted my family with a commercial property inspection and was very thorough with great communication via both phone and email all through the process. Very patient explaining some of the issues he found in laymans terms that even I can understand. He even caught the fact that multiple HVAC units at the property were under a safety recall and could be replaced for free with all new equipment. Very glad we found him.
