When we informed him of our short feasibility period, he was able to rearrange his schedule to inspect the property quickly. While there, he was thorough & skipped over no single inch of this building. And he took the time to explain to us his findings in laymans terms while also speaking with our contractor, too. I called Max to get a quote and more information about a new home inspection. I was so nervous being this is my first home. Max was able to get me in right away before my initial walk-through. Max arrived to my new home promptly at the time we discussed. When meeting him is was very nice, and personal. My inspection report was at least 30 pages or more. Max took his time and explained the report in great detail from the exterior, interior to every nook and crannie literally. He covered all the important things that as a new homeowner I would’ve overlooked. I’m so very appreciative of Max’s expertise and his willingness to ensure that I understood everything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. It was worth every dollar if not more!!!
