I have have known and worked with the Bob Pace for over 15 years. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable across all building types and construction trades. They have a very clear process for inspecting properties and uncovering issues that are pertinent to the continued operation of a building.On several occasions they identified items I had overlooked which would have cost me 10s of thousands of dollars.
