In 2023, we engaged Worldwide Commercial as our leasing brokers for the commercial office space in our development, Stonebriar Commons in Frisco. In the previous 4 years, our leasing activity had stalled as a result of difficult market conditions and covid. As the effects of covid began to wane, we felt a change in leasing agents would be beneficial. At that time , our office occupancy was declining with attrition and no new leases were forthcoming. Within a few months of starting to market our space, Worldwide Com. began generating significantly more activity than we had seen in the previous 4 years and that led to new leases. Within 12 months, Worldwide Com. had successfully leased the majority of our vacancies such that we have only one office space remaining now. Their activities generated net new revenues across the leases in excess of $3,000,000 at market rates.
