Big shout out to my broker! When I decided to move from a food truck to a storefront, I was jumping into something I didn’t know.But then, my broker came along and totally changed the game. As I began my search of commercial retail space with no knowledge of the Houston market, I happened to stumble upon a listing through Huntington Properties. I called and left several messages regarding multiple listings with multiple brokers, but Jonathan Aron was the first broker to return my call and promptly! We had a long conversation about my needs and I felt very confident with his knowledge and experience that I could commit to working exclusively. My partner and I were extremely motivated to make a decision, so I really had to put my trust into someone I could rely on and I made this clear. We committed to working exclusively with Jonathan and Huntington Properties and couldnt have been more pleased with everything from top to bottom.
