Lived in one of their apartments for several years and truly enjoyed it. Maintenance requests were easy to submit and always done in a timely manner. Apartments were reasonably priced and well maintained. I would recommend Trestle for anyone looking for a place to live.

Ill start by saying that Trestle Partners is amazing - collectively as a team and as individuals specifically Andrea Nichols. She held my hand through the entire process, made strategic moves when I needed it, and cautioned me on stuff when I was over my skis. She can help you sublease current space, find a new building, lease out a building, and they have a great network of resource providers theyve curated, which youll need, especially if this is your first CRE adventure! Communication is key throughout the process, and whether I had a question during the day or in the evening on the weekend, she was always there for me especially during crunch time as closing neared. I wouldnt do it again with anyone else. She was genuinely committed to seeing my success, where a lot of CRE teams are about getting a deal done.

Cooper helped me try and get into a residential space but really couldnt find what i really need or looking for but the responsiveness and helpfulness was top tier! I would highly recommend!
