I didnt know what I was doing and needed a break. They listened to what I had to say and respected my wishes. I trust them with life-changing decisions. I appreciate both David and Courtney every day. They are both a blessing.

Our team recently had the pleasure of working with Justin at SVN. We had been in our previous warehouse for several years and due to the sale of the building we had to find a new location within a short timeframe. He gave us excellent guidance on current warehouse pricing and made an extra effort to find us something that would fit within our budget. He was able to work really quickly and provided us with several options. After looking at a few different locations, he found us a space near one of our major clients. He prioritized our best interests and encouraged us to obtain a certificate of occupancy before we signed anything. Lastly, there were a few things that we wanted addressed with the space before we signed anything and Justin made sure that they were taken care of. I highly recommend working with him if you are in need of leasing assistance .

Short story - I drove around and located the building and called the number on the sign along the highway. I called and expected to get voicemail, but somebody actually answered the phone. After 20 short minutes Mr David was onsite showing me around and I ended up leasing the office space.
