Amanda Lawrence is AMAZING, I cannot say enough. She is on top of things and when it comes to commercial real estate, you will not find an agent that will negotiate more TI. I felt unbelievably lucky to have gotten to work with her and know my contract would not have turned out the way it did if it wasnt for her. -
