I had the pleasure of having Brandon as my commercial realtor while searching for a clinic space for my speech therapy practice. He took the time to understand my, very specific, needs that would best benefit my pediatric patients and made sure to ask the other landlords/realtors questions regarding these needs even if I forgot! He was extremely patient and never stopped looking for options for my location, and we toured A LOT. Brandon was also instrumental in the negotiations of my lease and made sure I was comfortable with all of the terms. All in all it was a great experience. 10/10 would recommend for any real estate needs!
