I worked with Najdi Rafaty and her team at LINC Commercial Realty in the sale of a parcel of land in the North Dallas area. My business partner and I had been trying to sell this land for some time and after many attempts with various brokers, we were referred to Najdi by a third party. I witnessed firsthand her professionalism, knowledge and expertise. I was also pleasantly surprised when Najdi and her team went above and beyond by assisting in the due diligence process, e.g., dealing with the City to obtain zoning variances and overall closing of the transaction. Najdi and her team are always one step ahead and a pleasure to work with. We are now using LINC for our second project in Prosper. We had to used LINC as part of the leasing agreement with our landlord. We were skeptical at the beginning on who we should trust and how all this process will be handled. From previous business/personal I don’t have a good experience dealing with RS companies. However, all my distrust and concerns were gone after we begin working with LINC (Najdi) the level of professionalism and support during up and down trying to take care of both sides of the parties it was amazing. I’m still impress with the way things were handled and the level of integrity and accuracy.We will definitely keep doing business with LINC specially with Najdi.
