This company is amazing especially Laurie who kept me up to date with people interested in our property. We have had this land for sale for between 4-5 years with 2 different agencies. I found them through google and looking up reviews of this company. It was a bit of a slow start, but it was during the holidays when I tried to have them handle our account. They are very professional and within a week we had brochures, they were calling people and had us listed on all the property sites. They are honest in telling you what your property is worth and not blowing it up so that you will want to sign with them. They sold our land in 4 months after years of trying. Not only are they knowledgeable and hardworking, but they are also fun. Laurie I will miss our calls you are one funny lady and thats not the wine talking. ;)

We have been under contract with LanCarte Commerical for nearly one year. LanCarte is providing Property Management Services for a multi-tenant Office Building we own in Fort Worth. Sara, Lydia and team have done an excellent job for us. We receive comprehensive accounting reports, property updates and other services, which are vital to owning an investment grade asset. The LanCarte Team is professional and extremely responsive. We are happy and perhaps more importantly, our tenants are happy. We only wish our Property Managers in other states were as effective as LanCarte. Wed highly recommend this Team!
