This is the first time that Ive moved my business from a small location to a storefront. Investar has been a complete champion during my move into the storefront. The team had gone above and beyond duty to ensure that I am comfortable at my storefront location.As for the comments below, yeah theyre kind of busy. Everyone is getting out of covid and they are trying to fill up their locations. But when you become an actual tenant with investor, they take great pride in satisfying the service request in a timely manner and making sure that youre comfortable.I am an actual tenant at an investar location on fm 1960. If youre looking to make the jump into a storefront having investar on your side is the best decision that you can make.

Investar Real Estate Services is an excellent company. We have been renting and using them as our property management for the past 10 years and never had any issues whatsoever. Every single employee has always been extremely professional and friendly!
