I had a fantastic experience working with Colin Knight at Hope Brothers to sell a self-storage property I owned in New Mexico and plan to work with him again in the future. He was honest with his assessment of my propertys value without unrealistically inflating his estimate to win my business. Colin did a great job navigating a less than ideal market for selling and ended up finding the perfect buyer. His team produced a very professional and attractive Offering Memorandum including a very detailed proforma that was really helpful in showing the propertys upside to potential buyers. Jay, their transaction coordinator, was also really helpful in navigating the process, making sure everyone was aligned, key contract dates known, and ensuring a smooth close. The whole process was really easy. 100% recommend Hope Brothers to other buyers and sellers.
