Hey Hillwood, *Suggestion* the split highway in North City is the biggest opportunity to be memorable and to attract people. Lets build a classy Faris Wheel just like Fisco. From that big/small hill you can see downtown and im pretty sure people in downtown can see the Faris wheel on that corner edge.Also Im obsessed with development and appreciate Jr. for being my inspiration. Lets try to build out a nice community beach at Eagle Mountain near the new high school. Big investors that will love to stay near the Alliance community 9 out of 10 it will be at Eagle Mountain. Also north of EM a golf course.One thing Ive notice about people being in management. Jealous people will try to bring people down. Remember! Jr. You and your dad deserve everything! you have! If they dont like something, well.. wheres their building? The game of life is support ideas no matter what.

I am a real estate broker in the area so I get to see a lot of neighborhoods and houses. I have to say the Hillwood developed subdivisions are by far the best. There is a consistency of quality that I havent seen with any other developer. Thank you for developing a great place for us to call home!
