Our business has been renting from Francis Properties for one year now. The staff has all been great and very attentive to our needs. From the beginning Lili Fierro helped us get set up with our location and contract, she was very friendly and helpful. We have had great customer service from their maintenance team as well! Victor Valdez came to our rescue when we needed our heater turned on this winter, he worked thoroughly until the job was done and showed us how to turn the unit on and off. We have had an excellent experience with this team and we are so glad that we chose this company for our business location!

We were in a rush mode to find a warehouse to situate two of our technicians for our commercial kitchen equipment distribution business. After finding Francis Properties, we were fortunate to deal with Liliana Fiero as our property representative, and she was very professional, courteous, and attentive to all our needs. Working with Liliana we were able to view the property, easily apply, get approved, and move in within 4 business days. The property is great, the price is fair, and the whole transaction went through flawlessly.
