    I cannot recommend Devora Realty and Mason Morrow enough. Mason is born and raised in Austin and a true expert on the area. He walked me through the whole process of buying my first home and made me feel comfortable and excited throughout. I knew the entire time he had my best interest at heart and was genuinely excited to help me to find the perfect home. The entire team made the home buying process so easy and answered every question I had along the way. I bought my house with the intention of renting it out in the future and I absolutely plan to use Mason and Devora when that time comes. I’m looking forward to a lasting relationship with this team.

    I have known Johnny for many years and before deciding to sell my property Johnny and his team were able to find me qualified tenets in a very short time as well as a buyer for the property. Stephanie was fantastic in keeping me updated and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Johnny and this fantastic team! I think Im going to miss them but Devora Realty will be my first call if I decide to get back into the real estate arena.

    Johnny is the best!!! Ill be completely honest, Im not really into the whole home buying or selling process, but Johnny has both made the experience virtually hands off for me. He helped our family buy a home where he and my wife did most of the viewings and negotiations, then 4 years later he helped us sell the home while handling all the logistics, clean up, staging, etc. Not to mention, he was also our realtor the second time around when we upgraded to a larger home. Once again, he was great with everything.

    Johnny and his team did a great job for me. I had some rental properties that I didnt want to put on MLS and have a bunch of showings bother my tenants. Johnny used his extensive network and found multiple solid buyers. After we got under contract him and his team (especially Stephanie) did a fantastic job and keeping me informed.

    Moving out for my first time was a bit more stressful than I had anticipated and I realized couldnt do it alone. So I reached out to Richard for assistance and Im so thankful I did. Richard is so personable and a truly gentle spirit. He answered all my questions and walked he through what to expect. we visited a couple of properties. He asked the right questions and handled each interaction with true professionalism. Hes very knowledgeable and direct and I ended signing my lease to my first apartment!!Thank you so much, Richard! :)Also, the Devora office is so so cute and they offer WONDERFUL coffee. 😋
