Dean helped me find my commercial kitchen space here in Austin. I’m one of those people who always has lots of questions, so I can understand the process of everything. Dean never hesitated to answer them and even late at night or early in the morning. He was very easy to work with, great personality and he presented me professionally with the landlord during negotiations.
