Listed three properties about a month ago with Burns after trying to sell/lease myself for months. First two weeks put the land under contract full price. Within 30 days had two quality lease offers on the 12,000 building.Tenant moving in in a couple weeks. Two down one to go and they have shown that building several times. Well done, expect that will be full soon. I am a happy investor with good brokers taking care of us.

I have experience as a local Real Estate Broker, on the buying side and selling side with this organization and they are top notch. Philip Humber led and guided Charlie and I through the entire process of selling his parents homeplace that was built in the early 50s.
