I have used Precision Cleaning for close to 4 years now. We have 3 vacation rental homes on Cedar Creek Lake that are all very busy rentals. We do on avarage150 cleanings per year, between the 3 rental homes. Everything has to be pristine when a renter arrives and thats exactly what weve experienced with Precision Cleaning, hence we have a 5-star rating at all 3 homes. Communication is huge and Misty and her crew are good to keep me informed if theres anything I need to know about or if something needs to be repaired. The other thing thats been huge for me is the pleasant personality of the owner of the company, Misty. Im the kind of person that thinks if something needs to be done, it needs to be done right. What a pleasant surprise to find a business owner with a pleasant personality and the same work ethic who grows her business keeping her standards of service high. As a woman business owner, I have been blessed to have her make my business shine!!! Thank you Misty and crew! -

I have used Precision Cleaning for over a year now for cleaning at our vacation rental at Cedar Creek Lake. Misty and her crew are reliable and have never missed a cleaning window, even when we have a one or two-day turnaround. They are always good at communicating if something is needed or a repair needs to be done between guests. They have even run to the store occasionally to pick up something needed before the next guests check-in. The crew consistently provides excellent service! Thank you, Precision Cleaning! -

Misty is prompt and throughly cleans the house … meaning she vacuums the closets and rolls up the rugs. Misty doesn’t miss a spot! What I like is the detail work. Towels are folded like a hotel; commode paper is pleated and throw wraps are perfectly placed on the chairs! Nice upscale look! -

The Shores at Richland Chambers contracts annually with Precision Cleaning Services to weekly clean our Clubhouse which includes a fitness center. Precision does excellent work at a reasonable price which is why we consistently renew our contract with them. Additionally, Precision is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any requests we have of them. -
