He and his staff were very knowledgeable and were very kind and understanding about my...delicate and slightly embarrassing situation. To say I was terrified at the prospect of declaring bankruptcy at 71 years old is an understatement. Calling Mr. Weaver‘s office was a random thing . I liked the reviews, so I called him first. It was the absolute best decision I ever made. Every person in Mr. Weaver’s office is amazing. Every member of the staff is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and truly understands the stress that every client is going through. Every time I called, my questions whether large or small were answered very patiently. My financial situation was very stressful and emotional. I was receiving several letters in mail about me being sued. I called at 7 a.m. on a Monday morning and spoke to Pete. I really didnt know where to start what to say. He was very sweet, compassionate, and understanding. I set up an appointment to meet with Pete. He explained the full process looked over all my documents I brought in. He let me know if I have any questions to call anytime. I receive follow-up calls from Taj checking to see if I have any questions also seeing if any creditors are contacting me. The whole staff is very pleasant. They were so hopefully and let me ask all the questions I wanted and never seemed to get annoyed or bothered by them. I put $300 down on a bankruptcy however as it turned out I didnt need one but I was told no refunds not even a partial.Thanks for such a fast response the fee was paid at the office at 5601 Airport Fwy, Haltom City, TX 76117 I did call Friday at the 5929 number but was told that it had been to long ago to get refunded, But my concern now is that you have no record at all. I will call you Monday at the number you provided here.Update very fast response to complaints they found my information in their old system as they had recently been updated and were able to resolved my issue, Thanks

Our Father God, sent us to some amazing Angels! Our situation stems from 2013, mid thru our circumstances our Attorney retired due to medical issues. I was at my wits end and didnt no where to turn. Because of our situation we were concerned that our case would not be taken; however Richard Weaver and Associates along with their Paralegal Melina and with the Grace of God they took our case. I asked Father God for his guidance and triumph. On Sept 24, I received word that we had won our case! Due to their commitment and due diligence they pressed on with confidence.
