The bankruptcy attorneys and team of professionals at Richard Weaver & Associates are not exactly the same as other law firms. You might consider them a little bit fanatical about customer service. They answer their phones day and night, they work hard for their clients, and having coordinated with their team to assist their clients myself, Ive been impressed by their dedication. They wont make all your problems go away, but you just might say that they can make your financial situation suck a lot less and can help you get a true fresh start.

I want to say a thank you that you discussed my situation. I ended up going a different route to clear my credit through settling the debts. You helped me confront the issues head on and figure that my situation is best handled without bankruptcy. If I did need to go bankrupt, I would trust the people I met at Weaver. Even though I did not speak to the lawyer in person, he was willing to get on the phone with me briefly to discuss options so that I saved a trip to see their office.

I spoke to the team at Richard Weavers office after hours. They were helpful, and did not charge me anything for the help they gave. If you need an attorney for bankruptcy in Dallas, you can trust these guys, they didnt try to pressure me to send my family member in to see them when it appeared that bankruptcy wasnt the right option.
