Wow, what a great bankruptcy law firm. Although I have never been through a bankruptcy, I had a very weird situation come up regarding past debt going back many many years and Mr. Oliva was able to give me salient advice on a strategy to tackle my problem. Rosie in the corpus christi office was extremely helpful and was able to get me in touch with Marcos the very same day. Its rare that you find a company that actually matches what their brand message is on there website! So much to say , but I ll start with a heartfelt “Thank you so much ! “Oliva law firm you are truly a Godsend . We were desperate for help overwhelmed by property taxes, IRS debt and personal debt, the snowball effect seemed too much to handle. With foreclosure looming a simple phone call led to a reassuring conversation with Mr. Oliva (attorney ) Our prayers were answered. I have to admit I felt somewhat ashamed for having to resort to the stigma of filing bankruptcy but this decision to turned out to be such a huge blessing and stress relief. We are beyond grateful to the extremely proficient and hardworking staff especially (Mrs Jessica Martinez ) . My husband & I didn’t know whether or not to go through with Bankruptcy but I knew we were not able to make it with our social security check anymore & pay out bills. I was able only to pay the minimum only on the credit cards & the interest plus late charges was making it impossible for us to pay the off & in some cases the interest or finance charge was more than what they wanted for the payment.
