After speaking to Daniel, I felt a THOUSAND times lighter. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me, answering questions, and helping me with my situation and the attorney and the entire team have been helpful since first speaking with them. Even have spoken with them in evenings, provided my creditors with their number, theyve helped me to stop the phone calls which was initially the main reason for really wanting to file for bankruptcy. My wife had to swallow her pride for us to even speak with a bankruptcy lawyer, but we have been grateful for their help.

Very happy with the advice about bankruptcy options...spoke with Doug and he put me on with the attorney briefly. This is all quite normal Im sure except for the fact that it was 8:45 pm which to me was quite nice of them. Certainly calmed my nerves.
