    I never had a problem with the office not calling us back or being on time. Everything they said they would do they did, when they said they would.Left me feeling at ease with my decision. The staff and Mr Gonzalez are very kind, took all my concerns seriously and addressed to them promptly. I am very satisfied with my decision using this office.     Highly recommend using Mr Gonzalezs office. Mr Gonzales and the staff were so kind and helpful. Absolutely satisfied! Very thorough and precise. Did everything they said they would do, and was on time-every time.Was very helpful in explaining in detail the process we would go through and then walked us through it. Definitely kept it stress-free for us. I can only say that I wish there were more of him and his staff out there for everyone.We recently moved from another state to Texas, and because we had to file we were in a very nervous and apprehensive.     The entire office was absolutely wonderful at helping me with my bankruptcy. Mary was incredibly nice, fantastic at helping me fill out the forms I needed, at laying out the timeline and how things were going to happen and when, she was always quick to get back to me when I had a question. Joel was very nice, made time to meet me while I was having the initial meeting with Mary, and made sure I understood the questions I would be asked during the Meeting of Creditors. Everything felt so overwhelming when I first reached out about filing, but within the first meeting, I felt so much better about everything. They were so patient when I needed something explained more than once. Absolutely wonderful office, fully recommend them to anyone who needs to file.

    Mr. Gonzalez and his staff have treated me with the utmost respect, kindness, and understanding. I was very nervous and unsure of myself when I went for my first consultation. Anytime I was unsure or uneasy about something, they would go out of their way to explain the process and help put me at ease. For them no question was too dumb or too small, and yes I had lots of questions for them. They always took time to actually talk to me and never shoved me out the door after just a few minutes.     Great job. I had a recent and quite enormous financial legal matter and Mr. Gonzalez did a great job!!! After, all was said and done there was an error on the part of the debtor and I was being told, despite knowing the matter had been taken care of, a substantial amount was still owed. Mr. Gonzalez followed through and called me back the very next day and had taken care of the matter. Mr Gonzalez is someone who doesnt hang you out to dry, He truly followed through to make sure he achieved what he was paid to do, and THAT my friends, is rare in this day and time.I would highly recommend Joel Gonzalez.THANK YOU JOEL!!!!
