Had to file Chapter 13 in 2018 due to borrowing way too much money to keep a small business going. Christy made a very scary experience not so bad. She and Katie were there for us every step of the way. I have to admit there was an overwhelming amount of paperwork to do. However, Katie made sure we stayed on top of it. We havent had to touch base too much along the way but there was one issue with garnishments being collected but not forwarded to the trustee. Katie was very thorough and patient in helping us to rectify this. I cannot say I miss credit cards at all. It is actually a liberating feeling to not have any. I have to say I have fond memories of our meetings with Christy. She is such a friendly and supportive person as well as really being a stellar attorney. I highly recommend this law office if you feel like you are drowning in debt. It doesnt hurt to have a consultation. It may be the right path for you.

Ive only used a lawyer a few times in my life. So far one was a joke, the other is great dealing with an issue I currently have and then theres Christy, who helped me through my bankruptcy with such professionalism, punctuated by her winning and gentle personality, that she made such a trying time incredibly easy and definitely not at all scary. Everybodys circumstances are different but mine went like clockwork every step of the way.Face it, if you come to her you have some problems but from the initial consultation on, youll leave feeling in great hands with somebody who actually cares about you.
