    Up until July 7, I had been satisfied with the service. I am trying to get my car insurance situated. My original policy went up so the agent quoted me with another company. They quoted the policy was less so I paid 1,025 to start it. When I got the new policy, they had added an incorrect vehicle. They added a vehicle that had been traded in months prior. When the quoted the policy with the correct vehicle, it went up significantly. In fact it was more expensive than my original policy. I asked that it be cancelled and to be reinsured with the original company. It took numerous texts and phone calls before I got a reply. When I finally got a reply, I was told they found a company that could insure my three vehicles at a more affordable price. I signed the form authorizing cancellation and told I would get a refund in 3-5 days. I called today to verify cancellation after receiving an email asking for photos of my vehicles. I called and texted Cerina and got no response. I called a local office and was informed that my policy was never cancelled. This has been beyond frustrating since I have no coverage for one of my vehicles. I am really disappointed, because the service has been excellent up until this point.After some back and forth, my insurance issue was finally resolved.

    I was looking for great insurance at an affordable rate. I got it plus an awesome agent, Molly Garcia. She was very informative & professional. Had my car covered March 18. I just bought another car a couple of days ago. I called Molly from the dealership. She was so helpful. She got me set up with new insurance. I would recommend Amco & Molly Garcia.     I got a quote from Vernice, she got me for a really good price, I’m only 20 and usually for my age it’s super high prices but she got it to drop down really low and I was so happy with her customer service she was the best! And s/o to her co worker jeneve she was super sweet also! I highly recommend remco!

    Amco is great! Got me started with a new policy and really helped me with what I needed included in my insurance. She didnt try to give me what I didnt want and made it a point to tell me I can call her whenever I need her.

    I had been looking for different insurance rates over the phone and I came across with amco auto insurance in corpus and they had a great over the phone customer service also had the best rates in town they made it very convenient for me to process everything over the phone due to my busy schedule, I receive my insurance card in less than 10 mins to my email. I would recommend this insurance to everybody

    Wow best customer service I have had in a very long time! The staff were very helpful by looking for the lowest price, after letting the agent know I was struggling financially she managed to work with me in every way possible very neat and clean store btw !!!!!!!     I just bought a vehicle and started shopping around and called Amco. I am only 22 years old and everywhere I called was very expensive Amco gave me a great price and couldnt be more happier.     My dad was recently shopping arounf for insurance for 2 vheicles and two drives with a suspended lisence. He has such a horrible time looking for a company who accepted suspended lisnces. He then came accros AMCO who took him in with a SUSPENDED LISENCE, not to mention he is very satisfied with AMCO since they have one of the lowest rates. He now has been with AMCO for about six months and now he will get another discount for staying with the company for half a year. How great is that?!Great job AMCO, I will sure let all my family and friends to switch to you guys!
