Jasmine is a great asset to the company she is professional, kind, she even got back to me in a timely manner, and went above and beyond, she knows her job. She has been nothing but the best. My husband and I left a company where customer service was horrible and Jasmine has shown us there are good people out there that are customers as well as employees. I work customer service as well and feel that Jasmine treated me as a person. Jasmine made sure to ask every possible question to insure our experience with the company was great and we got what we needed and no information was missed. The Best CSR Jazmin Jazzy Jaz , the only one I will deal with . Nice,friendly,always willing to help save $$$ . I’ve been in on her off days 2 times and never again, the other girls try to charge more than $100 just for their commission and super rude the last csr had me waiting 4 hrs for an estimate when nobody was in office the whole day Just sad they hire lazy ungrateful people.
