Despite the fact that she was not able to get me a better renewal offer she invested the time to provide recommendations for changes to my existing policies that will greatly improve my current situation. Ran into Logan Helal in the grocery store parking lot - was just admiring his truck and we started chatting about what he did - found out Insurance - mentioned my wife and I were looking for both Auto and Home insurance at the time. He gave me one of his cards and worked some amazing magic to get us the best bang for the buck - money and coverage wise. Exemplary customer service - great attention to our needs and details. The thing I like most is that they dont represent only 1 Insurance company but several - so they can literally shop the best deal for your specific needs. Would highly recommend Century Insurance Agency.

When it came time to renew our auto and home insurance, I was at a loss of hope when my former insurance agent stopped returning emails in a timely manner, and then completely not at all. I googled to find other independent insurance agencies, and came across Lisa Nickels Insurance Agency. Great reviews, so I figured I would give them a try. I was NOT disappointed- I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professional service from my agent, Maggie. She is not only knowledgeable, but also efficient and enthusiastic. She has been a lifesaver for us, and very patient with our many questions. She even got our auto coverage down by 7$ a month, with higher coverage and adding an ADDITIONAL vehicle! When I started my business 2 years ago and needed workers comp and commercial auto Lisa Nickels gave the best price. I could not be more pleased. I will say the price I know was higher than some other companies, I do really appreciate Michelles candor and information about the level of coverage we could lose had we dropped and gone to a cheaper insurance company! This is the best coverage in total we could have and even with prices being higher most everywhere, it gives me more peace of mind to have better coverage with people who care more about the actual reason to have the insurance, to be there when emergencies happen!
